We ate here a month ago and it still sticks out in my mind as ones of the best lunches I've had. The dinning area is very small and cramped but it helps add that warm, cosy, almost at home feel to it. The service was good, and the price was very reasonable. We didn't get to try any of... More

We enquiried if lunch was still being served as it was around 2.30 and was told yes. Our corn fed chicken lunch could only be described as dreadful. It was a huge plate of watery mash, sliced carrots and grey cauliflower that were cooked long before they hit the plate topped with a disAppointly dry piece of chicken. We felt... More

It is too busy and tight for young children. Tea and treat was delicious! A true Irish cafe! I look forward to a return visit!

This place was packed but they had a good selection of baked goods. My apple muffin was tasty. My husband found something gluten free. All in all, a nice place to eat but if possible, try to go when it isn't packed.

The one request that my three daughters make when we visit Donegal town is that we go and have lunch in the Blueberry tearoom. It is a bustling, friendly establishment in the Diamond and we literally do have lunch here every time we visit Donegal. The staff are friendly and obliging, and the portions generous and well made. Despite the... More

Absolutely Fabulous tea with cake, scones and cream (and homemade raspberry jam). 13 Euro for two of us. Great taste, great value.

This is a nice little gem near the Donegal castle. The short wait for a table was well worth it. The close seating make for very cozy quarters. Our lunch was delicious. I highly recommend the soups. The selection of desserts is hard to resist. The pavlova is the best we have ever eaten.
