A crowd of us on a College Field Trip turned up here ravenous and late in afternoon. We were welcomed and places sorted for us to sit together. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The choice of food was amazing from whole dinners to pizzas or paninnis to just a coffee and cake. Our choice of Beef Bourgignon and Champ... More

Was staying in the vicinity and while doing some shopping in Donegal Town called for a coffee break. Had coffee and the best mince pie I have ever tasted. The restaurant was very busy but were lucky to get the last available table. The service was quick and staff were friendly and helpful.

I had heard about The Blueberry Tearooms and had called while visiting the Donegal Food Fair last August only to be disappointed that it was closed, finally made it last week and it was well worth it! The name Tearooms conjures up images of cream teas and sandwiches but this doesn't do justice to the fayre on offer, as well... More

Easter Monday last breakfast at the Blueberry Tea Room was a very pleasant experience. A great buzz for 10 am and full Irish with pure orange juice was a very welcome treat indeed. Service very efficient, the owner seemed very efficient and was busy at the time writing up the lunch menu

We had not been here for years & returned for coffee when passing through the town. The food is as excellent for ever. The decor has not changed much in the past 20 years & probably could do with a lick of paint. But of a draught from the front door. The proprietor doesn't look any older! We had steamed... More

Popped into this restaurant for some lunch while on a day out in Donegal Town. Very busy cafe but we were seated straight away. The server who took our order was very pleasant and friendly. Service was quick and we got our food very promptly. The quality of the food was excellent and felt that it was great value for... More

On an organized CIE tour with a open lunch. While busy, I found a table quickly, the food was excellent, service attentive and prices reasonable. The dessert/pastry was also fresh and very good. i would make a point to come here again when in the area.

Nice little find with good food and great service. Lovely decor and very homely. Only downfall is it just a little on the expensive side.
