We visited the Olde Castle Bar on new years eve. I loved the cosy atmosphere in that pub! The Lamb Stew was absolutely perfect! It is worth a visit!

Ate here over christmas holidays! Its a really lovely bar, old style, with lots of wee nooks to sit! We had fish pie, soooo yummy and filling, delicious and the steak was well received!!! It sits on the more expensive side of places to eat in Donegal Town but its a nice treat and the food is very very good.... More

We stopped here for lunch on Hogmanay, my husband and son and myself enjoyed our meal and the service was fast and staff were very polite and present. Would definitely return.

Oh my word. The oysters were utterly amazing. The mussels were up there in my top 3. We found this place by accident but this restaurant should be a destination (though restaurant closed this night and they were serving in the cosy bar). Wonderful staff. If you like seafood and visit Donegal go to this place
