My family and I stopped in Aroma on our way to visit Donegal town, the service was excellent and the coffee and cakes were delicious, will definitely be returning on our next visit to Donegal!

Visited Aroma at the end of November past. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch we had chicken ceaser salad and a steak sandwich and a very tasty homemade cake Moroccan orange cake and coffee, fab and very good value for money. Watch out for the signs to this cafe at the entrance to the town, a visit is well worth while.

I visit here regularly with my family for lunch. It is one of my favourite places to eat in Donegal Town and is in the lovely setting of the craft village. The risotto is always fabulously cooked to perfection and there is a wide array of cakes to be enjoyed with coffee!

This little shop was an absolute highlight of our trip to Ireland. Tom is a delightful man who has great taste in food. We had his flourless chocolate cake and it was the best we have ever had. That includes 30 years of eating flourless cake! Tom was wonderful.

Lucky to get a table at this amazing coffee shop, it was bucketing rain outside but this little gem was busy and buzzing and we got a warm welcome. We had soup and brown bread and a slice of carrot cake. Food was lovely. The bread was so good that we went back next day to buy 2 loaves to... More

Visited this venue for a coffee and dessert recently. There was a good range of food available. I opted for a coffee and carrot cake which was delicious. The service was speedy and pleasant staff. Definitely worth a try.

As usual, we spent our summer holiday in Donegal, and as usual we called into Aroma for lunch. On three consecutive days. All the good things you have read on this site about the place are true but one thing that struck me this year is just how many people are working to deliver that standard. I could see three... We ate here last Friday. It was recommended to us by a friend who eats here regularly. Lovely young guy took our order and he was really working hard as it was busy when we were there. Food arrived and it was nice but out meal was spoiled when the older man who was working there started roaring at a... More

We decided to pop in on the way to Donegal Town and due to the amount of parked cars we had to park at the side of the road leading up to the Craft Village. We thought there must be some kind of craft demonstration or conference, but there wasn't and I'd say the vast majority were here for lunch... More
