As usual, we spent our summer holiday in Donegal, and as usual we called into Aroma for lunch. On three consecutive days. All the good things you have read on this site about the place are true but one thing that struck me this year is just how many people are working to deliver that standard. I could see three... More

We ate here last Friday. It was recommended to us by a friend who eats here regularly. Lovely young guy took our order and he was really working hard as it was busy when we were there. Food arrived and it was nice but out meal was spoiled when the older man who was working there started roaring at a... More

We decided to pop in on the way to Donegal Town and due to the amount of parked cars we had to park at the side of the road leading up to the Craft Village. We thought there must be some kind of craft demonstration or conference, but there wasn't and I'd say the vast majority were here for lunch... More

Friendly staff, lovely homemade carrot & orange soup and Tunisian orange cake to die for, my only complaint would be that my belly was not big enough to sample all the homemade delights on offer

A nice quiet place to have a cup of coffee or something more . The owners are really nice helpful people and the food is fantastic. You will have to take some of their baking home with you .

I was shocked we had just drove in from Dublin and was to early to check in so we went to the craft village to see what it had. Craft village wasn't much to speak about but there was this little place called the Aroma that we thought we would have some tea at. Went in and it was almost... More

A trip to the Craft Village with my wife was treated with some apprehension as we have just de-cluttered. However i had a major surprise when we popped into these premises for a quick coffee, and became enchanted by an interesting chalkboard, and a inventive menu. Although the craft village was quiet the restaurant was packed. A few minutes wait... More

I come here regularly. the food is always fresh and has a mediterreanean flair. I love the fresh salads with home made dressing. The chocolate almond tart is divine, coffee excellent.
