Flexible and delicious

My Fiancee and had the pleasure of going there recently. We arrived at 4.10 but the manager very kindly said we could still have lunch even though they normally stopped serving at 4. Called here last week on a day trip to slieve league. The craft shops were mostly closed on Monday but they do look interesting. The food is great, plenty of choice, with daily specials on a blackboard. They clearly take a pride in the quality and freshness of the food. The freshly baked wheaten bread and the cakes are the best... More

This is a class place for you to visit . the staff are wonderful and if you are a true foodie this is the place for you. The main courses are brilliant and the desserts are exemplary. Tom is the best front of house man ever and Arturo is the quiet wonderful chef in the background. This is a secret... More

Been going to Ireland for years and while I enjoy the wholesome cooking in many restaurants. It is just that - wholesome and homey. I love the carveries with the roast turkey, ham and beef and the trimmings but these are meals that I can also make at home. I have been to some "finer" restaurants in Dublin, Derry and... More

This place is a little out of the town but what a treat. Great food in a cute cafe bistro style. The menu is a little different and that's great. I had a risotto which was worth the wait. The desserts are amazing and super coffee.

Eat here regularly when in Donegal, usually at lunchtime, and always have a good experience. Apart form the excellent hot meals the deserts and cakes are amazing with my favourite being the pear and almond tart

Visited Aroma at the end of November past. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch we had chicken ceaser salad and a steak sandwich and a very tasty homemade cake Moroccan orange cake and coffee, fab and very good value for money. Watch out for the signs to this cafe at the entrance to the town, a visit is well worth while.

I visit here regularly with my family for lunch. It is one of my favourite places to eat in Donegal Town and is in the lovely setting of the craft village. The risotto is always fabulously cooked to perfection and there is a wide array of cakes to be enjoyed with coffee!

This little shop was an absolute highlight of our trip to Ireland. Tom is a delightful man who has great taste in food. We had his flourless chocolate cake and it was the best we have ever had. That includes 30 years of eating flourless cake! Tom was wonderful.
