We ate there last night and I have to say from start to finish we had a wonderful evening. I like the fact that this place isrun by the owner who always seems to be there. The food is very good and the service is very efficient. In general, food in Ireland is very expensive, but this place does offer good value. more

Well done. My husband and I enjoyed two fantastic meals on 29 and 30 May 2009. The place was buzzing but we were treated really well and a table was found for us straight away. The food was fresh and well presented and very tasty. more

We went here on Saturday night last while on a weekend in Cork. I loved every aspect of the restaurant the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant. more

I've never been disappointed with a lunch or dinner here. The service has always been good too, even when the restaurant has been very busy. I'd find it hard to come up with something bad to say about Market Lane more
