Portions looked small but there was more than enough by the time you had finished. Very tasty food and look forward to returning.

Having eaten in several Cork restaurants over the summer Fenns Quay stands out from the rest , the main reason is that each course is freshly cooked by the Chef, even the Early Bird Menu, when you compare this to most restaurants which serve up sub standard food on their Early Birds which does not give good value for money.... After reading such positive reviews my partner and I thought we would give this place a shot tonight and I'm so glad we did! It is quite an intimate venue, great atmosphere for a date. The food was delicious; all cooked to perfection, a highlight was the baked Monkfish. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive without... More

We visited last week and decided to try again this week. It great to be able to say that the high standard we had was repeated. The staff were professional and pleasant. We had hake which was perfectly cooked. A decent glass of wine and a superb desert. The restaurant was quite busy for 6pm but the staff kept thing... More

On a arrival a warm welcome.I know this restaurant over the years and was suprised to read somewhere, that this is now the best restaurant in CORK!!!! A difficult menu to read, trying to be too clever, a variety of dishes sampled ,all average ,

Had a lovely dinner with friends while visiting Cork. Looks small from the outside but we had a table for 8 and plenty of room - suitable for groups, families or couples. Staff attentive and friendly. Food was excellent - we had a range of dishes; starters, mains and desserts, and all received top marks. Sharing platters just the right... More

Had a really great meal in this restaurant recently. Reasonably priced wine and craft beer, excellent staff, friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the food was just stunning. One of the nicest meals I've had. Couldn't fault it. The beef dish was tender and delicious. The best thing was that the whole meal was reasonably priced and we weren't rushed out the... More
