Description: Captain Americas brought the original burger to Ireland back in December...
Captain Americas brought the original burger to Ireland back in December 1971. Since then it has continued to serve good quality American style food at great value prices. Home to the famous Captain Americas hamburger and mouth watering flame grilled steaks, there is something for everyone on the menu. Captain Americas offers the most attractive lunch deals in town & the early bird menu is a great way to start every night out. Captain Americas has branches on Grafton St, Blanchardstown and in Cork City. All our restaurants are fully licensed and we have a great selection of cocktails, beers & wines for you to choose from. Over the years we have collected hundreds of pieces of memorabilia from visiting Irish and international stars such as U2, Colin Farrell, Westlife, Debbie Harry and David Bowie and Green Day. Our memorabilia museum creates a unique and interesting atmosphere in the restaurants. We take reservations for groups, please look at our bookings page for further information or call us on the number listed below. Open 7 days a week

Disgusting! Only redeeming factor was the staff. The food was made with cheap and poor quality ingredients, lacking in seasoning, dripping in grease and just downright disgusting! Won't be returning.

This is a great spot in Cork City, especially if you're a student. The 2 for 1s and student drinks are an absolute bargain! There's always great music and a lively atmosphere which makes it perfect for a night out with friends. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and the food is delicious with a great selection! Definitely one... More

Great place to go with a group of friends. I often go here before a night out with the girls. Great portions, great price. Lovely staff. Really can't go wrong with it

This used to be one of my favourite places in Cork but having been there recently the standard has slipped. The burgers are good but then again you can't really mess up a burger. Some of the other options like fajitas are decent but the quality in general is on the poor side of average. I've seen employees walking through... More

My boyfriend and I went here as a couple for dinner. It was quite busy when we arrived but because we had been meaning to try the place out for a while we stayed and waited to be seated. I went to the bathroom before we got a table and it appeared to be unisex, which is not really what... More

This place is reasonable for a burger. Good selection, however burgers here seem to be always overcooked- if you ask for medium-rare, you will get well done. I don't know what will happen if you ask for well-done (maybe burnt?) Pizzas are horrible though! And over-priced! Same goes for RIbs, The ribs are not cooked from scratch - they are... More

3 of us decided to go to captain Americas tonight as the menu seemed cheap and cheerful, we had so many problems I dont know where to start we wanted to go for a cigarette after our starters and were told we must leave all our personal belongings as insurance as we left, this was the most degrading and humiliating... Went here with my wife and two children after raving about their Dublin restaurant for over a year now. What a let down. The food was OK that's all. Not good considering the price. The real problem was the service. Never in my life have we experience such poor service. Waiting ages for our order to forgetting coffees at the... More
