Food was good, band was good. Took awhile for us to be attended to.We had to get our own menu and order our own drinks from the bar. Other than that it was grand. Saw a great band that night, played some sorta of country rock, some classic rock (pink Floyd) and the theme tune 'the wire' very cool

The food was good pub fare. My daughter had fish and chips and I had the "pie of the day," which that particular day turned out to be a delicious chicken and bacon (Americans read "ham' here) pie. Service was good and the fee wifi was very good - which isn't always the case in Ireland. The trad music and... More

11.50 for a nice fish and chips. probably not exactly the best piece of fish but cooked well, nice batter, good chips and a good portion of mushy peas. hard to go wrong and they certainly don't. Being a pub it was washed down with a very reasonably priced Murphys Red. I left satisfied.

Recently in Cork and stopped into this pub for an early dinner. Friendly, quick service. They had a "pie of the day" which was chicken pie. It was delicious. Another in party had the rotisserie chicken which she loved. Chips and salad were also very good. We didn't stay for music but enjoyed the pub and food.

I went here on a Sunday and heard great music! They have a standard variety of draught beer including a couple craft beers. The food was quite good and was an average price for a larger pub. It was clean and not cramped at all--a nice way to spend an evening for sure.
