This is a very well presented pub with a long bar and separate food servery. Also a separate coffee and croissant servery. Sandwiches are substantial and made to order and there is also a selection of hot meals and roasts on Sunday. The pub caters for all with big screen for sports and traditional music in the evening, sometimes in two... Good music, great atmosphere. Great live bands and one of the best whiskey bars i have ever seen. Close to everything. If you're new to cork, you won't go wrong visiting this establishment. I'll be back.

This street is one of the central streets with pubs and shops and wee side streets with clubs/pubs and restaurants, great for a night out

Stumbled in whilst wandering around Cork.. . Great atmosphere, traditional type pub. Food in abundance and a great selection. Had myself a bowl of Irish Stew and fresh bread. Good stuff.

Just when it seemed like all the restaurants were closed for the night, we found this place and really enjoyed it. Not necessarily for the food, the menu is very poor and food is average, but for the great music and atmosphere it had, really enjoyed our evening there. One good thing I can say about the menu is, it... More

Didn't eat here but saw two fab bands on Sunday 11/1 (The Big Swinging Mikies & What's That Sound) So good, had a great night listening to music and having one or two Guinness. Its a big pub over two floors, upstairs is the Frisky Irish Whiskey Bar, worth a try. Can buy food and there's a coffee bar in... More

We went here after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. Service was fast and friendly. Portion sizes were perfect, and the meals (irish stew, lamb pie, and chicken salad) were all tasty. While we were there, there was live music and Irish dancing - what a treat! Definitely recommend on your visit to Cork. Excellent for dinner or just... More

We ate here recently; the menu is not extensive but the food is good and reasonably priced. The pints are good and the atmosphere warm and family-friendly. Regular live music on, and always good quality - great to see the support for local acts. There is also a fireplace in the back if you are lucky enough to get a... More
