Steady town centre food pub

We had lunch here on a Friday, the menu is a steady pub grub type menu. Staff were all very helpful and polite the meal came quickly after ordering and was as expected, a good pub meal. Prices were average and were pitched correctly. A good stop if in the city centre.

Stopped off here 3 or 4 times during a long weekend visit. Good selection of drinks, friendly staff and a good mix of live entertainment. Had 1 lunch of Irish stew (had to be done!) - nice quality and quantity - perfectly washed down with a couple of pints of Murphy's!

We had a birthday party at the Oliver Plunkett last night. From my initial contact with the manager Chris, right through to leaving the venue last night everything was fantastic. Finger food was very well presented and tasted amazing. Rory the manager on the night was so attentive nothing was too much trouble. Everybody who attended has complimented the staff,... More

We had a very good dinner (irish stew and shepherd's pie) although we were here quite late in the evening. We loved the live music!
