Really good lasagne but maybe a little overpriced. Especially the drinks. Great entertainment most nights.

We walked looking for somewhere nice to have dinner for my birthday and eventually came across this place by accident . The staff were friendly and efficient, the atmosphere at this place was Awesome . We both ordered the Irish Stew and were not disappointed. Washed down with some Guinness and then the entertainment started . Typical Irish musicians playing... More

Oliver Plunkett has it all: great food, music and Irish dancing all in one setting. We ended up having 3 meals here over our days in Cork because the food and entertainment is so great. Trad music and dancing upstairs; more contemporary music downstairs. Music goes from early to late evening. This place is right in the heart of Cork.... More

This was recommended by a friend, and it was good craic. I enjoyed the music -- a traditional trio of guitar, accordion and banjo -- accompanied by actual Irish step dancers, who supplied the percussion! But the best part of this place is the extensive, and reasonably-priced, Irish whiskies. Don't miss it!

Fantastic pub/restaurant. Some outdoor seating and loads of tables inside. Murphy red great hoppy beer. Very welcoming staff. So, if you are in the area, pop in.

We loved this venue so much we visited twice in one day! Originally we sought, and found, at TV to watch Wimbledon with food and Murphy's. The welcome was warm, the food tasty and service prompt. Live music later in the afternoon, with Irish dancing, was fab! On return in the evening we enjoyed a traditional band upstairs - great... More
