Tom is such a delight and was willing to assist our group with travel arrangements while we were in Cork. Tom went above & beyond the call of duty. He... More

I recently went there on a sunny and warm weeknight so naturally the pub wasn't very busy. The menu has the usual suspects on it - sales, chicken, burgers, steaks, pasta, curry. Nothing fancy or extravagant - it all fits the cozy, rustic atmosphere of the pub. The food was solid and satisfying - really nothing to complain about. I... More

We were on a group tour and stopped at the South County Bar on our way from Cobh to Dingle. My husband and I had the best fish and chips we ever had. There were 2 musicians, guitar and banjo players, that played and sang Irish songs, and there was the aroma of turf burning. Just great:-)
