This is my first time reviewing anything on Trip Advisor, but i was so impressed by the quality of service, food, atmosphere and cost that I could not resist sharing it with everyone. Next time you are in Cork City, do yourself a favour and book yourself into Greene's for a lovely night out. It's location adjacent to a lovely... More

Ive eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. Was there last night and again both the quality of the food and service were top notch. The kitchen crew really know their stuff. Our waiter Joanne was friendly, efficient and really knew the menu inside out. I took her recommendation and had one of the best meals in... More

Ate here twice recently - once pre-Christmas with a staff group, then again in January with family. Quality and service were excellent on both occasions. During January they were offering a 3-course (starter, main, dessert) menu for €29.50, which was excellent value. Cooking style is modern, both in presentation and content, and of a very good standard. Service was also... More

We had a beautiful meal here on the 8th of January. We were lucky enough to get the table next to the window right next to the waterfall.....The view was spectacular. Our waiter (I can't remember his name but he was funny and we enjoyed his curteous repertoire) told us what the specials were and then served us with delicious... More

An amuse bouche gives a glimpse into the chef's approach to his art. In Greene's, the food is always an art form, superb presentation and packed with delicate touches and fabulous flavours and aromas. Starters were served on slates, no photo would do justice to the attention to detail. My starter was local Rare Breed pork, black pudding, and seared... More

I have eaten at Greene's five times over the last three years and it is always on the top of our list of restaurants to visit. On our most recent visit, the food was a little average ... Monday night blues ? Service isn't bad but staff lack a bit of character. Atmosphere is a bit dull. Would still rate... More

Last night a group of 13 work colleagues ate in Greene's on MacCurtain Street. Me had booked for 6.30pm to avail of the early bird Christmas special menu which was priced at €29.50 for four courses. There was a huge choice for all courses. We all had different food which meant we got to see most of the offerings. I... More

enjoyed dinner there last night and was very impressed by the venue, interesting menue great choice and well priced especially the early bird pre theatre offering. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dining room is currently decorated with seasonal items. The wine list is adequate but overpriced. Overall well worth a visit if you are in Cork.
