Tasty tasty tasty

Had the fish and chips supper . The chips were with mushy peas which were done well (no oily residue). Fresh cod was not overdone and the cost was fair value

If you are to visit cork, then this chipper is a must. For as long as I have lived in cork it has been outstanding. The food is always so tasty, never ever disappointing. Fresh food always cooked. Fast orders taken and friendly staff and service. Mainly a take away service but it has some tall seats to sit on.... More

Lennox's is by far the best chipper south of Limerick [for some reason chippers in Limerick are really nice] Lennox's is one of the first chippers in Cork, and there are many with a similar name, but they aren't the same, accept no substitutions. Lennox's have a great range of food and really good deals on suppers. Their potato pies... More

An institution on Barrack St. The original Lennox's. I was recently attending a very boring corporate event - my hubby arrived with Lennoxs at the close of the evening. Best treat I had in years. Their curried chips are just divine. Their fish and chips have been known to bring grown men to their knees

Amazing food with huge portions! This was the first place I ever tried fish and chips, and no restaurant has come close to matching Jackie Lennox's since then! A really nice family-run business with a great history. Friendly staff that contributes to the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere. Wouldn't choose any other place for fish and chips in Cork!
