Best coffee in Cork

Very very good coffee! I like to come here and they have two locations in the city. One in a little street near the tesco in the centre, another one near paddy wagon and gourmet burger and gallaghers (near Mac curtain street). I prefer the last one because it's bigger

This place is on the edge of the city centre. It consists of a small but homely room where customers drink superb home-roasted coffee. And the coffee really is good, perhaps the best coffee I have tasted. Along with coffee, they also sell a range of cakes if you're hungry. We came here every day of our stay for their... More

This quirky coffee shop always has a wonderful buzz. The eclectic mix of furniture and ornaments add to the atmosphere, but it really is the coffee which is the real star. Open from early mornings for take away coffees and also coffee to buy to take home, it is one of the freshest coffee in Cork. The cafe also serves... More

You'll get one of the best coffees in Cork here, without fail. Great atmosphere, people from all walks of life, great decor and music and some good photos or art on sale. The food is ok but not in the same vein as the coffee. The scones are the best of the food.

Friendly staff and gorgeous coffee. The shop itself feels like the interior of a period antique store. Unfortunately space to sit down is fairly limited and the range of sizes of the cups (both sit-in and take-away cups) are not the largest.

A must when you are in Cork. Great flavours and a cool vibe inside. If you can't take coffee they do a lovely hot chocolate. You need to be quick on your toes to get a seat but even if you don't check it out. lovely staff and a Cork institution. Like your coffee a lot? No problem, buy the... More

I grew up in Canada, but with my family being Irish, visiting 'back home' is something that I try to do as much as possible. Spoiled for choice in the city that I reside in, as far as coffee goes, perhaps fellow coffee-lovers will appreciate the struggle that it is to find a decent cup of coffee when travelling; often... Have been meaning to pop in for a while, finally made it today and had a lovely cup of hot chocolate while my husband enjoyed a cappuccino. Sat facing the window which is a great place to people watch.

We ordered a quick sub, hot chocolate, hot milk and a berry tartlet. Taste of everything was nothing less than perfect and that too at a very reasonable price. It was one of the quickest snacks we had when in Cork. I say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
