Good pub

Decent pub that serves lovely food with lovely nooks and crannies to sit in for a bit of privacy if wanted ,good atmosphere , especially when there's a session of music on .

Gorgeous setting and so comfortable. The staff were excellent. Nothing was any problem and all diets catered for with good descriptions of the items on the menu. Music after is always excellent. A really nice place which is an enjoyable experience

Very rude staff. Went in when it was a busy afternoon (which I understand) and the only table left was one at the very back of the restaurant. It was still dirty so we just moved the dirty dishes on to a small nearby table. Waited ten minutes still no one had even acknowledged or made eye contact that we... More

We found out waitress very unfriendly she barely spoke, practically threw the knifes and forks down when setting the table and didn't even write down our order and needless to say got our order wrong then. The food was lovely and the rest of the staff did seem more friendlier but unfortunately the young girl who served us is what... More

The service was ok, they twice forgot bowls for the mussle shells, and they also had no white wine, but the staff were friendly enough. The food... More

The next night we tried different menu items and continued to be impressed. The 2nd night had a single musician playing and he did a great job also. The... More

When I was there the chef was featuring a few desserts I had not heard of. They were the chef's creations. It was neat to experience some of the unique flavors and textures together.
