Excellent omelet and good prices. Huge portions. Cinnamon roll was just okay though. They had a good amount of grab and go options too!

If you're staying at the nearby Turtle Bay resort, do yourself a favor and come to Ted's for breakfast, and grab a piece of pie for later, too. Sure, there's no view, but the pastries are great and the buns lend themselves excellently to the breakfast sandwiches. It's fun to sit and watch all the locals stop in for their... More

Its a dingy little roadside cafe, lots of free parking, and the most amazing pies you'll have in Hawaii. We didn't have any other food but they seemed to offer a variety of local fare and were busy with people who looked likes locals. The Chocolate Haupia Pie was absolutely delicious.

Last year I had the lunch plate and their famous pie. I remember thinking the lunch plate was okay, but I didn't think the pie deserved the rave reviews. This year we went for some breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon roll, and they were both fantastic! The bread they use on the breakfast sandwiches was the star.

This restaurant is another local favorite. There are long lines to get in this place for lunch. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. The indoor seating is not much, just a few stools; Not too many outdoor tables either. You will probably wind up waiting for one. Many local dishes - fish, scampi, sandwiches, meats and deserts. Holy crap the food here is good. It looks like a bomb shelter but you won't be disappointed. Great prices. Pie is fabulous. The plate lunches are to die for. Much better food then you will find at the pricey places in Waikiki. I will be back.

The plate lunches are delicious, but make sure you save room for the chocolate haupia pie! Amazing texture and mouth watering flavor. The presentation was beautifully executed as well!

always had to stop by at Teds when we are at northshore. My son is addicted to the small macadamian nut cookies that they sell in a cup. They are famous for the chocolate haupia pie- really good. Local food is good with large portions- cant go wrong.

We visited Ted's Bakery during our vacation last July. We all had a lunch plate, which was big enough to make us feel full for the entire afternoon. They were even nice enough to give us two plates so our little boys could share their meal. The meat was very well cooked and the fries were terrific. The choice of... More
