We have eaten here before and really liked the food and service. Unfortunately this time the food took about 40 minutes to arrive - after I had complained about the time taken. I was told we should have been told about the wait when we ordered - we weren't or I would have gone elsewhere. When the food did arrive... More

We only used this place as we had the meal deal through the Premier Inn. On entering at 6:30 we were told straight away it would be a 45 minute wait for food, no reason why was given and no direction of where to sit, how to order etc. We found a table by the window which I duly cleared... More

We had booked to stay in the Premier inn, after booking and unpacking our stuff we went for a drive around the area, came back and decided to eat at this place... Worst idea ever!!!! We got in and were seated quickly but no one came over to us or even tell us where we were supposed to order. We... More

My trip to Scotland has been outstanding until I ventured into this establishment. Found Table, looked for what we wanted, queued at the till behind one other. Then was ignored by the young Lady as she went off and did other things...passing me by on many occasions. Terrible customer service.

I will not mention the food really. It;s not worth mentioning but the staff are. Place was not busy at all so why was my table never cleared after we all finished after 45 minutes and we were all sitting and having a drink? Not sure.. maybe it was because one waitress was chatting to friends at another table for... More

Staff were a bit off, but perhaps it was because they were at the end of a busy shift. Wouldn't put us off going again.

Went to malt and Myre for chippy buffet on Friday night . We had already had a bad experience with breakfasts ( the staff greeted us by saying "breakfasts are finishing in twenty minutes ", got worse from there) but decided to give it another go. On arrival we got the usual question , have you booked? .Not a nice... More

Stopped here for tea on a long journey. I clearly got off on the wrong foot with Clare when I ordered at the bar as I didn't have my table number at hand my mistake. After finding out where I was sitting I was then served by Jade T at 20:04 I order chicken wings and a mixed grill to... More
