I have always loved the meridian pizzas and the cute set up of the restaurant! Also love that they have fruit beer on tap. Great place for a drink with friends or a family meal. Would highly recommend

Have been a few times for Pizza and a drink which are ok, however service can be changeable. Drinks can also be a bit pricey.

Went for the Erdinger beer, the prosecco and the food. Only the beer impressed. The rest was a major let down. For a start the staff thought the German beer was Belgian! The prosecco was warm and when swapped for another (without objection by the staff) the replacement was just as disappointing -Too warm with a soggy strawberry, which may... More

Went here with friends on Saturday night and had a lovely meal and cocktails! Nice friendly waiters/waitresses and really nice atmosphere! Prices were probably around average for Ayr!

I go here with friends and family for lunch on a regular basis. It's great value, the food is of good quality and the staff are really friendly, always taking an interest in their customers. My favourite is the warm chicken and bacon salad. I've heard they do great chilli and pizza but I'm yet to try these as I... More

This pub has an excellent selection of UK & import beers/lagers both in draft and from the fridge. Took the patriotic route and went for the West4 for the duration of our visit. The menu is pretty varied, maybe too much so for stand-out quality but was very well priced and pretty tasty. Plenty of deals going- half price cocktails... More

Found the meridian to be very over priced. Food was not worth the money and the staff are not particularly friendly either. Would not recommend this place and will not be returning!

If you get the fish and chips you better be hungry because the fish is huge! Definitely get your money's worth. We had a very pleasant meal. Our server was a very nice gentleman who gave us plenty of advice on where to go around Ayr.
