Brillant

Pop in on tuesday afternoon with gf had fish tea it was excellant. Gf had the scampi the service was good and quick. Next time in ayr will defo going back.

Any time we head down for a day at Ayr we eat here and it never lets us down. The weather outside was terrible but things were much better in here. Between the four of us we had fish and chips, haggis and chips and two cheeseburgers and chips. Four empty plates says it all. Nothing spectacular but always worth... More

went to ayr for the day and went for fish and chips at lunch time carry out it was so bad it all went in the bin fish was so greasy not fresh chips were like re heats. have been a few times and always good but sad to say not this time

Had the wellington special as recommended,was so nice,fish was so fresh,batter was lovely not greasy at all,was good value for 3 of us,im heading back to london tonight feeling very full,will be returning

This place is an establishment in Ayr with long cues in the summer for overpriced greasy food but now they have competition, It used to be a well run place but now service lacks quality gone

Always had high reguard for this wee chippy but sad too say i wont be went into the takeaway floor was covered in trodden in chips had a abit of the when we finally tucked into our chicken suppers amd sausage suppers were a massive let down it chicken was dry as anything and the sausage had semi raw batter... The food is great, the new lower prices mean that it is better value than it was in the summer. However, the younger waitresses talk to their mates and play with their phones while ignoring customers leaving one waitress to do all the work.
