Myself & my family visit Thai Sam normally on a special occasion as depending on what your eating, it can be quite pricey but I must say it's worth every penny. The food is always fresh, hot & tasty. We have never had anything from the menu that we haven't enjoyed and as we love Thai food, this restaurant is... More

In the new Thai Siam location off Incle Street, Lawn Street, the quality of the food seems to have gone downhill. It's almost like the restaurant is catering for a different class of customer. In its previous location there were authentic carved vegetables served and the food was more authentically Thai. I have travelled a lot in Thailand and tasted... More

Good food in a nice environment with a varied menu. The staff are friendly and do not rush you. The set Menu even on a Saturday night is good value.

But the ingredients should have been fresher. The tom kha soup was delicious. The tiger prawns didn't all taste uniformly good. It was so hot it made me wonder if it had come from a microwave. The chilli hot levels felt authentic. Both the soup and the main were nice and spicy but had a bit too much added sugar.... More

We dined early evening and opted for the pre theatre menu. This had good selection of starters and mains. Food was very tasty and service was attentive. The decor could do with brightening up.

A great restaurant to unwind after a long day at work such is the relaxed atmosphere in this place, Very friendly staff and Thai food at it's best. They do very good pre-theatre menu too. I recommend the fish cakes as a starter.

This is a great no nonsense Thai Restaurant with great food. The staff are friendly and ensure you are looked after. The place itself is fairly basic and although it's great for eating with colleagues, not sure it's ideal for the family.

Our party of 2 went for the pre-theatre "3 courses for £12.90" deal, which was excellent value for money. Starters of fish cakes and "golden triangles, were followed by a jungle curry and a marvelous chicken with garlic & black pepper stir-fry, served with a generous helping of coconut rice. Only one dessert was required - a delicious pineapple fritter.... More

We go every week for a meal with my Dad who is 90, we get a warm welcome from the staff and it's excellent value for money. They are always doing great Monday to Friday deals which suits us and many other people. Sometimes we will have additional visit at the weekend and it's just the same. For a lot... More
