If you do not object to being ignored whilst staff have friendly banter, then after 10 mins ask to be served and be greeted with a grumbling person, then this is the place for you. Coffee too weak, cake was ok but nothing special. Avoid......

As yearly traders from Blair International Horse trials we always go into Pitlochry when we are there.. usually to a restaurant across the road but that was full went into Bibas and will do so in future.. Welcoming staff, lovely menu, hot well cooked homemade food, free Wfi. to say we were late arrivals.. We even facebooked the toffee sticky... More

Booked a table, then had to wait when we arrived. Food mediocre with staff having too much to do, therefore not a good experience overall.

Pooped in after a trip to Killiecrankie for a very late lunch/early dinner. Slightly apprehensive as we arrived at 4:55pm and noticed the all day breakfasts finished at 5pm. Now we have experienced UK/Scottish service where the staff/chef decides this is too late to serve so we had a Plan B choice, as we were hungry and didn't want to... More

Been here several times with my grandparents and younger sister. Both me and my sister had the pancakes, which were both different types. Absolutely brilliant and the best pancakes we've had ever. My grandma had the minestrone soup which she enjoyed and my grandad had mince and tatties. Needless to say the plates were empty. The staff were lovely and welcoming.... More

Front entrance very off putting floor covering very scruffy and dirty. Scones very heavy. Pity ,nice and cozy inside. Visitor to the lovely town of Pitlochry.

Our scones are baked fresh in the premises every morning and are usually lovely and often sold out by lunchtime, so sorry if it wasn't up to our usual standard on your visit. We have taken your comments about the doorway on board and will replace the floor covering shortly although the area does seem to suck in all the... More

Staying in Pitlochry for a few days, while looking around the shops we stopped here for a cup of tea and a toasted tea cake. Thought it looked lovely from the outside. It was only about 11am, and there were only a few other people in there. We sat in the conservatory area. The floors were dirty with crumbs etc.... More

the restaurant is in the center of the city and is serving later than others in the area. The food is quite average.
