Great value

Great food at good prices. Decor a bit tired and dated but service was excellent, good size portions and good setting.

Family owned & run. Good, honest home cooking with no frills. Home baking. As it was really quiet, we were allowed to take the dog in with us rather than leave him in the car in the cold.

On our way to Elgin and decided to visit Pitlochry with a view to soaking in the atmosphere, inspecting the superbly kept railway station and getting a bite to eat. We had a look at various expensive eateries and then spotted this quirky looking restaurant through the railway arch. We just missed the 6pm cut off for the high tea... More

Home made soup toasted sandwich, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back. All food freshly prepared. Waitress very friendly, and gave us the history of all the ornaments and pictures. Definitely worth a visit

If you are the sort of person that likes a Prawn Cocktail followed by Steak and Chips followed by Black Forrest Gateaux washed down with Matius Rose, then you have come the the right place. (they have other options too...good selection.)

While visiting the Pitlochry shopping area, me and my other half came across Drummonds on our way back to the car and decided to pop in for some grub...best decision we made as it was wonderful. The exterior was cute and welcoming not to mention decorated for the festive season with lights and music playing. The interior was equally as... More

The welcome we received was fairly curt and not overly encouraging. The menu is average, but nothing exciting, and the service was reasonable (but it was very quiet in November). The prices are reasonable. The quality of the food was fine, but the food we ordered was difficult to get wrong! A good place if you want a safe meal... More

I was recently staying in Pitlochry with 3 friends to visit the Enchanted forest. We had stopped in to have a drink and failed to notice that card payments where not accepted. When we asked the waitress, she snapped that they only took cash. We decided to pop in the next day for lunch and try it again, as we... More

five adults arrived no booking had been made. Seated quickly. The food was average. However we all felt that for the price £9.95 for steak pie theportion was on the small side ie two small boiled potatoes two small roast pots and a small spoon of veg
