We had a meal from the early evening set price menu. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and attentive. The calamari was particularly nice and was cooked to perfection. One of our party had to wait for their starter as the order wasn't put on which was a little disappointing but the staff were apologetic and put... More

Pitlochry is bursting with lunch stops. May be they are all good I'm sure we will never get the chance to find out. This one is good. Arrived on a damp day on our way back to Edinburgh airport. I will say it again Pitlochry main street - forgive me I don't recall the name is for the tourists and... More

We ate here one night & were quite impressed. It was certainly a popular place too as several later arrivals had to eat downstairs. The ambience of the place is nice & the staff pleasant too. The food was well presented & unfortunately more-ish ... Recommended - Thank you.

We're really no bother. . . Oh, it's no bother. We're easy. No problem. Are we too polite in this country or nowadays, or should we be more forceful in our opinions and demands. Interesting dilemma. Knowing full well if we're to forthright, too "uppity", that, that soup, breakfast or supper could well have more in it than the ingredients... More

We had both lunch and dinner here, sitting at a window table watching the world stroll by. Lunch was excellent value, my partner and I both had the bowl of soup and a choice of sandwich, plain or toasted for £6.50. We returned for the 'Early Bird' evening meal served between 4 and 7. It was something like £13.50 for... More

Stayed here with my family for one night and wished could have stayed longer, as the family room was large and spacious witha separate room for my son.The personal touches were lovely ie books, dvds and cuddly toys. The staff were great and will definitely be back.
