This is a lovely tearoom in Perth and we've had a spot of lunch here three times now. The service is excellent and the staff are always very friendly. The decorative cups, saucers, plates, etc, add a nice vintage touch. The soup is lovely as is the carrot cake and the scones. We made a point of coming here again today... More

A great find this. Always friendly staff and always excellent fresh scones, and cakes. This is a tea room proper with flowery teacups and silver teapots. A must if you are in Perth.

I have been here 3 times; the first time was great, the second time the staff were very disorganised (sat for ten minutes before drinks order was taken and menus handed over) and the third time was dreadful - won't be back. I ordered vegetarian lasagne, over ten minutes later was told they had none left and the waitress stood... More

A party of six of us booked for lunch at Small Talk. The atmosphere was great and the food absolutely delicious. The staff at Small Talk are so friendly and welcoming and the homemade cakes and scones really are a treat. Most of us had the afternoon tea with tasty sandwiches followed by treacle scones and cakes of our choice.... More

Loved it. So many lovely options, really fresh and honest fair. Very generous portions. The china, silver tongs and general old fashioned charm is totally delightful. Staff were helpful and caring with my elderly mother and we felt quite at home. Other clientele were clearly enjoying too and the whole atmosphere created was delightful. Recommended.

Came to Perth for a night and popped in for a quick lunch before shopping. Had read the reviews on here and thought it sounded nice. I ordered the soup and sandwich - salmon & cream cheese with broccoli and Stilton soup. It was LOVELY. The soup especially was thick and so tasty. I got a piece of carrot cake... More
