We all liked the food, could do with a couple more veggie options. Me, not been a veggie tried the treacle cured salmon, which I would definitely recommend. The portions are a little small, but we all thought they were tasty. The staff were all pretty attentive and friendly.

We like the Vintage Inns. They are a lot better than the Toby Carverys and the like. OK it's still basic pub food, but generally the pubs are smarter and the menu a bit more varied. The Glover was great for a convenient dinner whilst staying at the next door Travelodge. Staff were good, meals were well cooked. Recommended

Had an evening meal at the Glover Arms whilst staying at the Travelodge next door. Well signed posted from the main road. Plenty of parking outside. Varied menu but rather limited for vegetarians and those on a special diet. Very efficient and helpful staff.

Spent a lovely few hours in this inn, warm welcome greeting we got to choose our own table. Attentive waiting staff without being too much in your face. A really good choice of food on the menu & a good election of the James Martin special pies. We didn' have to wait long for the food to be brought to... More

Although we had to wait half an hour for a table for 6 (staying at travelodge opposite pub and didn't think to book) we had no complaints what so ever about the food served. Lovely presentation and waitress helpful and friendly.

We had a meal here before going to Perth Theatre and the waiter Stuart was extremely efficient and certainly one of the most courteous and naturally pleasant we have encountered. He was attentive without being smarmy etc! The food was very nice. Perhaps the battered mushroom starter was a bit heavy in oil but the main meals were really tasty.... More

My starter was listed as Spicy Calamari. What arrived was a few pieces of Calamari with lots of battered bits with no hint of spice whatsoever and a bit of Marie Rose sauce which was not the one listed. Drinks ordered before food finally arrived just before the main course.

Our first visit to the Glover's Arms was disappointing, with slow service and lukewarm food. I dont think we'll be hurrying back.

Just had fish pie the worst I have ever tasted could. Not find any smoked haddock. Topt with salad potatoes. Did not come through as afish pie. Other two in company did enjoy their meal
