Deli and takeaway that also sells fresh fish. Bought fish there last week and was very impressed with both the quality and freshness, not something that can always be guaranteed. We didn't buy one of their salad boxes because we already had a picnic prepared but having seen what they had on offer I would certainly buy one next time... More

For the best 'packed' lunch select a prawn or salmon salad box to takeaway. Their wet fish is superb - I cooked fresh haddock for dinner for my friends who were visiting and everyone could not believe the delicate and delicious flavour. Great value from probably the smallest shop you have ever been in!

As everyone else says this is a gem. If you want sea food at very reasonable prices this is the place. We sat outside IN THE SUN (yes really) and ate a wonderful smoked fish soup with well cooked oat cakes, followed by prawn salad with good dressing. Just how it should be

A shop and takeaway rather than a café or restaurant. Sells various seafood and accompaniments, and takeaway food includes Cullen skink and filled rolls. I had the mixed seafood on brown roll, and was very impressed with the quality and price. The filling included large prawns, crab and salmon, and was generous in quantity. A bit tucked away, down towards... More

Locally caught and prepared, Buth Bheag offers great value for money and great food. If you are visiting Kyle or just passing through, stop in and try one of the filled rolls. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped here for a tasty lunch and was not disappointed. A beautiful November Saturday helped however the food was fresh and delicious. Cullen skink was very tasty and seafood excellent. Great place for a takeaway lunch. Friendly, family run - we will be back.

Can only agree with the other reviews on here. Before eating from here I wondered how good a simple seafood roll could really be but it really was something special. The crab, prawns and salmon all tasted so fresh. Would definitely recommend buying as a snack on the picturesque train journey from Kyle!
