Excellent restaurant with lovely views. We used a tip by a previous reviewer about not sitting near the door as it was very cold, we were very glad we saw this! The building has some atmosphere however the tables are close together but the food was good and you don't really notice. The menu itself is quite limited but is supplemented... More

Fantastic service, good food but not amazing and probably overpriced. The portions were generous and the friendly service was impeccable but for the price we paid I would expect something just a little but more. If we were back in Fort William this year we would return and would recommend it to others.

I've eaten in the Crannog a number of times, and always found it nearly excellent, but frustratingly just missing that final something. The food itself is by enlarge good, although presentation is merely ok. I feel the price is high for whats on offer, and perhaps is the jist of my gripes with the place.

The restaurant is really nice. And the food is great! Exactly what I was looking for. The price is good for what is served. Definitely a wonderful option

We stopped in for a quick lunch while on a group tour in October 2013 (that wasn't a choice). The service was quick and the food was good! May sound silly, but the views from the women's bathroom are unexpected!

Had a meal here to celebrate our completion of the West Highland Way and it was excellent. Lots of beautiful seafood dishes to choose from and there were some delicious-sounding dishes on the specials board.

Excellent food. Scallops cooked to perfection. Halibut on smoked haddock risotto was amazing. The rest of our group enjoyed their dishes too. The 2 young ladies serving us were excellent as well. Will be back.
