Intimate & delicious

Very nice atmosphere and food. The restaurant was cozy, quiet and had very friendly staff. The food was delicious - we had mussels and pigeon breast for starters, lamb and salmon as main meals and strawberry & cream as dessert which was to die for. Worth a visit if you find yourself in Fort William!

We enjoyed lamb and a cheese souffle with a couple of glasses of lovely Sangiovese from Italy. Especially the souffle is highly recommended.

Looking out onto Loch Linnhe and nestled within an art gallery this place looks stunning. The menu is out of the ordinary and for sure the mango wasabi amuse-bouche was a taste sensation. But this place didn't quite work for me, largely due to the waiting staff. In the course of a short dinner, was firstly ignored and then rushed.

Lacking in qualified service and the food overpriced for quality. Atmosphere was good. Staff did not explain the cheese tray properly.

No complaints about the food on the whole - fresh, tasty, good choice. But my wine could have been colder and the service was a bit erratic - all the waiters seemed a bit spaced out! They were pleasant enough, just a bit chaotic. The deserts were disappointing - unlike the wine, overchilled!

The hotel was charming and well, situated in the lake. Our room was stylish and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us and to make our stay a warm and pleasant one. The food is in the restaurant was excellent and the gallery was lovely. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

The food here was great. There was good atmosphere. The prices were a tad high, but we were living it up anyway.

We were lucky enough to return for our 4th year to eat at this lovely restaurant. The food is prepared as it is ordered and the kitchen is partially open. There is always an amuse bouche, this year the selection was particularly good. The mains were beautifully served (maybe a little bigger portion, please!) but very tasty. We will be... More

We've been recommended this restaurant by our hosts, very nice place and trendy..Pretty much different than the other restaurants we have visited in Fort William. Fresh food and a good a la carte menu with a good wine list. Staff very careful too.
