We enjoyed several evening meals while visiting Scotland with friends. Each meal was lovely, well prepared and lovingly served. You cannot go wrong with the food and beverage at this hotel. The dining room is a treat to eat in as it is beautiful and well sized for a intimate evening.

Enjoyed lunch here, good menu and service. A plus point for me was there was plenty of room for my pram and staff were keen to ensure that my baby was okay. Beautiful views and a lovely dining experience.

We stopped here for lunch and had a fabulous meal with a wonderful view. It wasn't cheap, but the food was really exquisite. I would quite happily recommend this as a place to eat and the hotel itself was really beautiful. The service was slightly under par for a place like this, but the food was spot on.

We enjoyed a nice meal in a lovely location, but it wasn't special enough to warrant the price, and the service was good but not spectacular- we had to ask for water refills numerous times. If you want to have a meal in special ambience, perhaps go here for high tea and save your money

Just stopped by in our way to the glen coe to have a cup of tea. Very nice and well maintained castle, delicious tea and biscuits, friendly service, not too expensive. Nice building and garden with a Rolls Royce ready to carry you anywhere

Nothing to fault, great wine and canapés, delicious dinner, rounded off with fine coffee and petit-fours. Immaculate service and atmospheric dining room.

We had great food. The taster meal. I liked all of the courses. We were given a couple of taster foods off the menu which were also good. No complaints.

We stopped by for Afternoon Tea in the salon with family and were warmly greeted and had an excellent lunch. I am a travel agent and asked to see the rooms and suites and was very impressed with the very size of the rooms and suites. The guests were reading in the lobby area and used this space more like... We are two working girls from the States and, while we kept our cool, we did little to hide our excitement as we dined here for dinner. The staff here is impeccable. The sommelier magically appeared to answer questions about wine-pairing -- they treated us like royalty. Ordering the cheese dish for dessert was practically a show in itself as... More
