We had a lovely bar supper. Generous helpings, well cooked food and attentive staff. All in all a great dining experience.

We had a lovely supper, the seafood platter and fresh and delicious Greek salad with some chips was just what we fancied! The staff were very friendly and efficient!

I enjoyed the evening at Moorings Hotel. The staff were very pleasant and my fish was alright. It was supposed to have stir fried Asian vegetables which was about a tablespoon of julienned vegetables on top of the fish. My friend's hamburger was hard and dry - very disappointing! Everyone around us seemed to be having a good time.

During our 2 day stay at Lochyside we called in here twice for an evening meal because we enjoyed the food so much on the 1st evening. Good varied menu and beautifully cooked food. Service excellent, friendly staff. Also provide a gluten free option.

Nice place to eat, with a great view of the locks of Neptune's ladder. Food was good, but the ale was somewhat pricey.

I ate in the pub section and it is some of the best food I've tasted. The staff are brilliant and can't fault them. So obliging and friendly. Great relaxed atmosphere. highly recommended.

We ate in the pub section which had wonderful food, good service and good prices and atmosphere.Really enjoyed our waiter. Came back the next night, but the wait was too long to get a table as it was the weekend.
