Menu different insdie to outside

We studied the menu before entering, and after ordering some drinks we found that not all the fayre was now on the menu. I chose the Salmon whilst my wife had the Chicken Skewars. Both were plentiful and very enjoyable, thus negating the initial disappointment with the menu

We had heard a lot of good things regarding this venue so we pre-booked a table as it was always very busy. Prices are reasonable and you get a decent portion for your money. The food was good, slightly disappointing that 3 of the main courses were served and almost completely eaten before the last main meal was served but... More

We ate at this restaurant 2 years ago and loved it so when we went this time we were really disappointed. First of all I asked for Cullen Skink to be told they had none and it was still early in the night. Then my partner and I ordered steak pie which was easily the worst steak pie we have... More

we liked this place, the staff were friendly, the food was good, we just had a couple of paninis and a portion of fries washed down with a bottle of wine, we would eat here again

Just had a family meal out here on our last night in Fort William. Very pleasantly surprised by the Tavern. Only small place but the menu was vast and the quality was exceptional. Can't fault anything, service was great too.

This is a small place in the high street with a very extensive menu - so don't expect everything will be available. We really wanted a smoked salmon and ordered it only to be told later that it is not available now. What we ended up having was tasty and reasonably priced. Would say just ok.

Great place to relax, watch sports and have some great wine. We ordered a selection of starters and some wine, sitting in the warmth for a couple of hours and were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back again next time we are in the area.

had a lovely evening here. Was a "beat the clock" offer on meaning you pay the time you sit down. For example if you sit at your table at 6.47 you pay 6.47 for your main meal. An amazing offer. We decided not to have starters but the choice was vast. I had the chicken fajitas whilst my partner had... More
