Stopped here at about 11 am for lunch on a drive down from Skye to Glasgow. We had the place to ourselves and thought the menu looked quite good. My wife was famished and ordered a steak and egg though egg was not on the menu with steak but the chef obliged. I ordered a Cajun chicken burger. Both came... More

Lunch here again today, superb as usual. Cullen Skink soup on today, it was excellent. The staff are really friendly and efficient, we always receive a lovely welcome, everyone does. The place is warm, very welcoming, and nothing is too much bother. The food is always very tasty and hot, we eat here quite often.Keep up the good work.

Ate here for my birthday and i thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the haggis fritters with the onion marmalade to start, the only thing i would add is that the marmalade would have been nice if it were served warm with the haggis, other than that the fritters were crispy and haggis was very nice. My other half had the... More

Warm friendly place to go to eat. Staff very attentive and approachable. Special offers on when we dined on saturday night - beat the clock - table booked for 7.45 therefore paid 7.45 for every main meal - bargain for beautiful steaks and chicken fahitas. Will certainly make a point of returning the next time I am in the Fort.

We had a fantastic visit for lunch at the weekend. My husband and I had eaten here before and, as silly as it sounds, it had been so good last time round we were almost afraid to go again incase it didn't live up to our expectations. We needn't have worried as we had a fantastic lunch and our two... More

As a local to the area I have dined here often and have to say that I have never been disappointed in the quality of food and service. Always enjoy the food, the fajitas are fantastic. Maybe a little on the pricey side but other than that I can't complain
