Fresh and delicious Thai meals

As a coeliac it can be difficult eating out and finding fresh, gluten-free food, but Sugar and Spice is super. Lovely stir fries and staff will check ingredients to ensure they are coeliac friendly.

Found this place on trip advisor after deciding that we needed something other than fish & chips after 8 days of hiking along the West highland way. Small family run restaurant that you could easily walk by without noticing but you definitely should NOT - a delicious meal awaits you!! We had the spring rolls to start (the weakest part... More

We enjoyed a delicious thai meal here. We did not realise it was unlicensed so did not come prepared but we coped. The food was very good, and I was impressed that I was able to order a small portion. The menu is limited but what we had was really good and well cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I... More

I was not expecting to eat one of the best Thai meals I've ever had in Fort William! This place is welcoming and casual with a fairly short menu (which I like), very reasonable prices and - above all - delicious, fresh thai food. Load of veggies, good portion sizes that don't make you feel over stuffed, and delicate flavours.... More

Traveling through the Highlands, we needed a good place to eat. Sugar and spice turned up on trip advisor as top rated so we gave it a try. Very good food, fresh veggies stir fried Al dente were perfect on our road trip. Spring rolls were nice, jasmine rice was lovely, pad kapow was nice spicy but not too hot.... More

Delicous fresh food, very simple menu, not too much selection which means that they do what they do well. Affordable prices, fresh and well presented thai food. A tad smokey in the top end of the restaurant near the kitchen. Can park over the road too.

We went here for dinner on our first night after completing the West Highland Way. It did the taste buds good to sample something different! This was delicious, authentic Thai food at its very best (I had the red curry). The menu is pretty simple, but this means they do a small number of things very well (rather than lots... More
