Always a pleasure

Had a fantastic meal here last night once again. This has to be my favourite Thai restaurant. Bow's authentic Thai cooking is excellent, the staff are always polite and attentive. Great value for money as well. Thanks again Katy and Bow.

I'm just home after my first visit to Sugar & Spice but it certainly won't be my last. It is not a huge menu but everything we had was very tasty and really good value. The starters which we shared were very nice. I can't eat too hot food so was going to choose one of the mild stir fries... More

Nice food, very little on the menu but it tasted good. Dont bother with the starters as they are very poor in quality. Just a few prawn crackers for the price and very small spring rolls at £1 each.

I wished we had stuck to pub food instead of subjecting ourselves to Thai mediocrity. Eat here only if you haven't visited Thailand or eaten authentic Thai food. Do not order the red or green Thai curry. Both looked and tasted the same, soupy vegetable stew with a few pieces f chicken thrown in. Rice was pretty overcooked. My best... More

This is a very simple restaurant with a limited menu. However, what we ate was very tasty and made a nice change from the other restaurants in Fort William. The service was very friendly and quick. Would go back if we were in the area again. The cafe is unlicensed so you need to bring your own wine or beer.

Not a lot of Thai food selection in the cafe but the food are authentic Thai food. So if you have craving for Asian food, can consider this or the Chinese restaurant beside which has more selection.

Visited sugar & spice after reading reviews on here, on entering it looked more like a cafe than restaurant, a mish mash of tatty tables, and they only serve soft drinks, as they have no license to sell alcohol, but you can take your own with you, but they charge you a small corkage fee for taking your own drinks... This was a brilliant Restaurant. Not too used to Thai food but this did not disappoint. Vegetable Spring Rolls to start with were freshly made and a great start to our meal. We both shared our main meals Chicken Pad Met Ma-Maung (Lovely) and the special Chicken Panang Curry (really Lovely - with a little kick of chilli! The Rice... More

Sugar & Spice is just along from the main pedestrianised High Street, so it would be easy to miss. If you enjoy authentic Thai food, then a visit here is a must. I ate here with friends a couple of weeks ago, and we had a delicious meal. I ate the chicken toast things to start, Thai Chicken Green Curry... More

As a coeliac it can be difficult eating out and finding fresh, gluten-free food, but Sugar and Spice is super. Lovely stir fries and staff will check ingredients to ensure they are coeliac friendly.
