The owner of our not-inexpensive guest house recommended it. Otherwise we would not have tried this overtly climbers pub. That would have been a mistake - the food is very good and excellent value. Thankyou.

Good atmosphere, nice pub grub good whisky and beer. Not much more you can ask for after 100 mile hike. Worth a visit if only just to sample the armchairs at the fire side.

After reading several reviews we decided to go out for an evening meal and first impressions were good, stunning location right at the foot of Ben Nevis and a warm and friendly welcome from staff. Starters were excellent however the steak my wife had was fatty and lacked taste, also I thought the salmon and chorizo pasta was very rich.... More

We found the food at Ben Nevis Inn good compared to some of the other restaurants we ate at in the area. Service was good and portion size was large.

Enjoyed a fab pint and burger in here following a night time climb of Ben Nevis. It's basic but with great beer and food and a friendly welcome what more do you need!

Uniquely situated at the bottom of the long track to the summit-it is a bit lucky location-wise! But this hasn't made the place rest on locational tourist trap laurels by any stretch. Well kept beer, and a delicious salmon, chorizo penne pasta dish, Lovely staff and service on a busy evening - just sorry it was all so brief.

After 8 hours up and down the beautiful Ben Nevis this was a wonderful sight to the weary. Even to the amount of people that descended on this Inn the service of the bar staff was speedy and pleasant,
