Fun way to end night

Was in after show at theatre. Was a good place to end the night and so inexpensive since every other bar seems to be trying to be a cocktail bar.

Came to the room for some food which was just your usual pub grub, was told there would be a wait, which was fine we had no issue with service or ffod at this point... My OH ordered 2 x sambuca for us as we were about to leave, which she paid £5.20 for, as we drank them, we both... More

We decided to treat ourselves to dinner and a drink one particular wet, cold January Friday night. We arrived about 7.30pm or so and it was quiet but there seemed to be plenty of staff milling around. Our order was taken quickly however lots of menu items were not available but we eventually decided. The food took a long time... More

Have visited a few times, always great service. Suitable for family dining, althoigh bit noisy on a sat or in the evening. Food always good.

Seems like they just use food out of a can or bottle. It's fairly ordinary and quite blah. So much better quality cafes/pubs nearby for same price.

Inverness is a busy thriving city with many eateries. Room is in the heart if the town centre and whilst not the smartest looking place in town, it certainly does deliver good food, which is freshly prepared. The staff were great and attentive. My wife chose the Scottish burger; a chicken breast with haggis and cheese, served with great chips.... More

Popped in today for lunch on a flying visit to Inverness. Plenty off room to pick our table on a Monday afternoon. Served promptly and efficiently and our drinks came nice and quickly. Food took a wee bit longer but it was obviously fresh and cooked as we waited We both chose ciabatta's which were lovely served with a nice... More

Grabbed a relaxing dinner after a day of golf. Quiet with good music in the background (Monday night). Good solid pub food with a very attentive staff. Stop in for a good meal and some relaxation. It looks like they have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Probably a bit less relaxing, but likely to be fun.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your review. I hope you also did well with your Golf game. I will pass your comment back to the Staff on their good food and service. We do have bands on every Friday and Saturday which, like you said is not so relaxing but a brilliant lively atmosphere. Kind Regards More

One of the better meals we had in 10 days in Scotland. Greatly enjoyed both entrees (pepper chicken as well as cajun chicken penne). However, we had at least four different servers attend to our table and yet service was still intermittently slow. On a positive note, it also seemed like above average value considering the quality of the food.... More

Hi Thank you for your review and we are delighted to be one of your top meals. Our Cajun Chicken Pasta is a Signature dish with The Room and one of the most popular dishes that we do.
