Good food in a pub style surroundings. Menu not that large but what they have is good. Friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

My drink (a pint of lager) was sour, I left it and walked out, and it was most expensive drink of the evening. The kitchen door was wedged open and you see the cooks microwaving the packed meals and plating them up, not a pleasant sight. We won’t be back.

Was walking past on a night out and decided to pop im here, live music, fairly quick service was very noisy but very fun! Only downside was the toilets, not the nicest.. But dont let that put you off! I had a great night.

Popped in for an evening meal after looking at reviews on here I thought it would be a good choice. I was let down. Had a Swiss and bacon burger, the burger tasted off, the bacon was not cooked properly and was really fatty and the burger roll was like charcoal. The man serving wasn't very nice and didn't seem... My wife and I last visited Inverness, and the Room, back in 2011. For a portion of our 2014 trip, we were traveling with friends from Georgia and taking them places that we had enjoyed on past travels to Scotland. Sometimes that works…sometimes, not so much! While passing through Inverness to Fort William, we stopped and took a stroll along... More

My husband and I don't look for "American" food when we're traveling abroad, but once in a while we crave a burger. The one served at The Room was a disaster. We weren't even sure if it was beef, so we asked the waitress to inquire from the chef. They insisted that it was what they always serve. It looked... More

We were passing and I liked the look of the place so decided to see what they had available. Managed to squeeze us in with a 15 min wait. The place had a nice atmosphere and was being very efficiently run by the female floor manager. Food was very good and well priced. I would have no hesitation in going... More

Staff were friendly and speedy, didn't have to wait too long to get served either which is always good in busy places like these. There was a Live band on when we were there which were great and really got everyone in the mood for a good night.

If you are looking for a culinary experience and happen to be in Inverness, do pop in to Room! The chef is a Master, the service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is home-like and the food is something to remember. Highly recommend! Svetlana and Yegor
