We were recommended this restaurant by the guesthouse we were staying in. My husband is vegetarian so it is difficult to find meals that are different for him as many placed offer the same varieties to cater for these people. The food of this restaurant is of the highest standard, presented so beautifully yet they only charge just a small... More

We enjoyed our meal, but the service was really bad. We arrived and were seated promptly and were given menus. Then the wait began. The was one man and three ladies providing service, but they were very disorganized. We noticed the couple next to us trying to peak at our menu. They had been seated prior to our arrival but... Having failed to find anywhere to eat (it seems you need to book in Inverness) a recommended steakhouse that was fully booked sent us around the corner to joy of taste. This was the best food we ate in Inverness and better than a couple of other top 10 restaurants that we tried. If you are in Inverness, you should... More

Beautiful food, around the corner from Mercure where we were staying. A very pleasant change from standard UK pub food, which we have been seeing a bit of on this trip. I had the vegetarian option, my wife had the liver entree plus fish main and both were extremely well presented.

I'd heard and read about this restaurant and always wanted to give it a go, the opportunity arose when I was organizing a family meal in Inverness. We all had a very enjoyable meal and the whole experience was wonderful. I shall certainly return!

Came in for lunch. We both had lasagne which was lovely, perfect portion size for lunch aswell however we waited 25 minutes for it to arrive and there was only another 2 tables in. Service was not the best and was quite cold in the restaurant.

Having been told that this was a restaurant worth visiting, a friend and I went there for dinner. We didn't have a reservation but they found a table table for us. The staff were very friendly, the meal was tasty and great value. I will definitely go there again when in Inverness.

When shopping in Inverness on a recent visit, I asked for a recommendation for lunch. I find this approach to be the best way of finding a "non-touristy" place to eat. My friends and I wanted local, good food, reasonably-priced. The concept alone encourages one want to give them the business, but the food is very good, fresh, and reasonably-priced,... More

We arrived about 1pm for some lunch, a table for 3. We were given menus and to be honest the choice is extremely limited! My mum had asked for a half portion as she has had an operation so she can't eat very much, the reply was sorry you're not a child, I'm sure you will manage! HOW RUDE! My... More
