Sometimes you just want a meal. Nothing flashy or elaborate. Just good food, well cooked and unobtrusively served. We stumbled upon Café Artysans and it provided exactly what we wanted. Unpretentious, reasonably priced, well furnished with a couple of cosy corners for those who wanted just coffee or tea or something lighter. A little off the main streets but worth... More

I adored this cafe and its staff members. I came here due to a review I had seen on a hotel site and I wasn't disappointed! The found was so yummy and I left almost rolling out the door I was so full! I had the poached eggs with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and toast and also got their specialty hot... More

My heading at first might seem OTT but hopefully you will realise why it's not. Artysans is a bright, comfortable café/coffee shop 2 minutes from Inverness Bus Station. It has comfy chairs and intimate little tables, serves good coffee/tea, snacks, cakes and has free Wi-Fi. That's just the start. It's run by the Calman Trust and is a Social Enterprise.... More

Good location near to the bus station. Offers a good selection of cakes, sandwiches and bites to eat. I enjoyed a nice sandwich and a cup of tea followed by a small cake. Everything was tasty and the service was efficient and smooth. Would recommend if you have 45 mins to wait for a bus.

We visited this café on a Saturday lunchtime and it was unsurprisingly busy. The staff are friendly, the café is welcoming and the food and drink on offer are a nice selection. The quality and portion sizes of the food were excellent, as was the value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you're nearby. Perfect for lunch of a... More

We were visiting Inverness for the weekend and came in here for breakfast. There was a nice choice and I had scrambled eggs on toast which were cooked perfectly and my husband had the full English. Both were delicious and the coffees were excellent too. Nice to see a place that does something for the community & gives young people... More

Lovely homemade soups with a tasty cheese scone followed by a very flavourful coffee. Great to see the place expanding.

Used to be a bit of a regular when I worked in the retail store opposite the cafe. Found myself in town on my lunch break today so stopped by for a takeaway. Very disappointing experience. There were three kids taking orders and serving today who clearly didn't know their back sides from their elbows. Ordered a goats cheese toastie... More

This is my cafe of choice when in town. Very clean, lovely staff, good tasty food well presented and giving young folk a chance and some training making it a cafe with a good ethos. Excellent coffee roasted on premises -you can buy a choice of beans to take home, and choice of teas as well as good varied menu... More

Visted for lunch with my partner, first of all don't make plans for a quick meal, service is slow. After waiting for a good while, my order of Macaroni Cheese and my partners Chees & Onion Sandwich arrived. Macaroni was bland and tasteless, and the sandwich bread was very very stale. Very poor.
