Quiet Sunday Dinner

One of few restaurants open in Inverness on a Sunday but I am glad we chose here and will definitely be back. Three course meal for two and a bottle of wine for approx £40, you can't get any better than that. We chose from the set menu which had lots of yummy options. Plentiful portions and... read more

This is a great wee local bar just on the outskirts of Inverness city Center. A great place to stop in and sample a local ale or a malt, or just a friendly chat with the bar staff. During the day it is not normally that busy, however that all changes at night. Must be one of the busiest wee... More

Soup was lukewarm and Cullen skink had to be sent back it was so cold. The staff could argue they were under staffed but manners go a long way and would ensure your guests were a little more understanding. After waiting an age on main courses I asked for another drink...the waitress said can I get anything else for anyone... More

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Natalie was very patient with all of our questions. We tried the haggis Bon Bons and it was a fantastic introduction to the Scottish dish. Everything was very rich and plentiful. Easy to split a meal and feel full. Dinner for 3 people with starters, mains and drinks was £66. Outstanding deal! Would eat here again.

Plenty of choice, cooked to order. Large portions of really good food. We were there in the first Thursday of 2016, when it ought to be a slow trade after the festivities, but it was nearly full. It had been recommended by our B&B who said we could get in without booking, but from Easter onwards it would be busy.... More

Lovely wee place, good food, decent prices, friendly staff and nice location. Easy parking. I would recommend this place for a bite to eat with family or friends. We went for a friends birthday, it was a great night. Good food and good pricing. Also loved the fact the restaurant is dog friendly.

I wish I could remember the lady's name, but she was all alone on the bar tending and service front during out meal at the Waterfront and she was great. Great food, great service, fun (but not long) walk along the River Ness from our hotel for some great food and great service.

Nice located on the banks of the river Ness. Good selection of whiskys. We had Burgers, vegetarian dishes and some pies. It was good to eat, also we enjoyed better dinner in Inverness. We enjoyed the service of very friendly staff.

Absolutely delicious food. Moderate in price. Real Ale. Loads of SingleMalts. Kind and friendly team. I felt absolutely comfortable. A homely place to rest, eat and drink.
