Surprisingly good

We had to eat in a hurry, so in here we dropped... It was a surprise that everything turned out to be really nice, although it's a pub so it's quite noisy. Food was excellent. It was my first exposure to Haggis and it was at that moment my eyes were opened to the fact that haggis can really... read more

Looking for a dinner spot and found a wonderful meal at a place along the river. Never had Cullen Skink before and I was hooked after I had theirs. Very friendly staff, good beer and cider selection and a nice handy location.

We stumbled on this place that is right on the river. it looks and feels like a tourist trap pub but we were starved and they had a table for six. Man were we happy to be there. The waitress was a sweety, the beer was great and the clams is spicy sauce were over the top. Everyone had the... More

One of the better pubs in Inverness, lovely outdoor seating area, restaurant area til evening time (food looked good, didn't have any), revellers young and not so young but it was a nice mix both evenings we were here. Live music, dancefloor, great atmosphere.

This is a really fun place that locals and tourists alike go to. Late night upbeat, danceable Irish music with great bands. It has a beautiful bar that wraps around the dance floor with surrounding tables and booths for those who want to eat. The prices are reasonable. The bar is fully stocked and friendly patrons and staff. You can... More

We went with the family and it was the best meal we had in Inverness. The ambiance was great, staff were super nice and the food was excellent! The combination of food including some fusion dishes there are great. Families should try to dine before 10pm as children are not allowed after around that time. Try local mussels with great... Kind of slow service but the food was great. I had the venison stew and the meat was tender and the veggies were perfectly cooked. The ale was great and there were a lot of people there to make the night interesting. It was a quick walk to the BNB block of houses across the river

Good menu selection and prices, local cask ales and the standard on tap aswell. Nice atmosphere where kids are also welcome to eat. Our meal came to just over £40 which was 2 main adults meals, 1 side, 2 kids meals and 2 rounds of drinks, very well priced and tasty! Pizza was lovely and my husband had the fish... More
