THE CLACHNAHARRY INN is a great 'craic' pub with emphasis on being friendly. There is always something going on. The 'Clach' is an institution within the local area and serves 4 ales and 1 cider alongside other draught beers, lagers and ciders. We are an informal pub that delivers highland hospitality and great food, and what's better is that we love what we do! We are also a dog friendly pub! Pooches are welcome in our bar and beer garden while our restaurant and lounge bar are dog free - they even have their own biscuit barrel and water bowls! We also have a Take-Away Menu available 7 days a week. Simply pop in and have a drink while you wait for your freshly cooked meal, or phone us in advance and pick it up on your way past!

Haunted pub?

Lovely small pub and restaurant. Even with, apparently, a resident ghost (unless they managed to get rid of it). Very friendly people

Being local to the Clachnaharry we are fairly regular visitors but had not eaten there in a while. We decided to try the Sunday carvery and were not disappointed. At £8.50 for theain course it is excellent value. My husband and son had good cuts of both the lamb and beef which they said was excellent. I opted for one... More

Just a few steps from our rental home in Inverness (Dunolly House), we found the Clachnaharry Inn and what a treasure it is. There's only one problem, we leave tomorrow! Outstanding service, great food, wonderful atmosphere. That haggis, neeps, and tatties starter was outstanding. This may influence our travel plans for the next trip to "the old country."

Carvery on Sunday, was pretty good. Standard fare prepared well. Good range of real ales and very helpful staff. Great view from the back of the restaurant.

went there as I have been since its been re done, Great service friendly full pub local food and cheap. You can also use the cards that can give you discount which is what I did but I have now been there twice and both times I have not been disappointed.

My husband and I visited this pub with our dog for a Sunday carvery on our way back from Cromarty. We had a lovely roast beef dinner and the staff and locals were so friendly, they made so much fuss of our German Shepherd and giving her treats. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a meal as the food... More

Recently ate here twice with the dog. Very friendly and polite staff, super super food, reasonably priced. Ate in the bar, staff and locals so friendly, greatly recommend it.

There is a long story on how we happened to find this quaint little watering hole, but all I am going to say is,please dont pass it by,park your car & go inside then you will know why,the welcome was warm,& the food was excellent in the cosy restaurant overlooking the Firth. I shall say no more, but thank you to... More
