Diversified menu and if you get there by 7:00 pm they have a special menu with lower prices. We had a fabulous meal.

We ate here last night and really enjoyed our meal. Although we had no reservation, we were immediately warmly received and seated. We sat outside on the top floor balcony (by request) and it was near seeing the river and the castle. I had a delicious red pepper and sweet potato soup and we had chicken breast with mashed potatoes... More

Dined here with 4 other 'girls' after a long hard day in the hills. Food was excellent, staff were lovely and it was all topped off by having a table with uninterrupted view back across the river to the castle. Definitely good value.

We have been here multiple times... The Kitchen is our absolute favorite! We come here often, and I have been amazed at the menu and our food every single time. We love the staff! they are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere could not be better.

Went to early bird fixed price dinner. Each of us ordered a salad and entree. Both salads had almost no flavor. Trout entree was simply sauteed trout, no seasonings. Venison casserole tasted like overcooked brisket with mediocre sauce. One of the more forgettable meals we've had.

Great meal at a fair price with attentive polite service. We were lucky enough to be given a window seat on the 1st floor so we looked out directly onto the river Ness. Highly recommended.

Well diners, get a reservation to eat here. It is worth the trouble and waiting. The food is incredibly delicious and presented so well you feel you are in a first class Parisian or New York restaurant. The lunch menu is just as good and not so pricy, although the portions are smaller. We concentrated on seafood and were rewarded... More

The luncheon food (chicken breast in a creamy sauce with rice) was superb. The staff was cheerful and the service was prompt.

We had a fabulous table on the front overlooking the River Ness. Great location on the waterfront and close to all the shops and to other restaurants and hotels. We picked from the early evening menu. My teenage daughter was very happy with her food, as we were, although the early evening menu portions are a little on the small... More

With recommendation from our hotel host, we decided to try out our first meal in Inverness at the Kitchen. We were all pleasantly rewarded with a great meal at very reasonable prices (starter and main course for under 7 GBP). I had a carrot/asparagus soup and a pork burger - both were absolutely delicious. We plan to go there again... More
