We sat on the top floor looking at the castle and town. Fantastic view and the food was delicious. The only one moan i had was the roasted vegetable bowl. I had steak and fries. Hubby had steak and mash. The roast vegetable was roasted new potatoes with 1 slice of carrot and 3 cubes of squash or swede.

Classy inside and great veggie food. Staff were plentiful and very professional in their service! Great food quality and diversity.

The fish special - cod(?) in a slightly spicy tomato sauce - was delicious, as was the sea bass. Beautiful views of the river - request a table upstairs by the window. Imperfect service, but hospitality was good overall.

We booked for lunch , asking for a window table so our visiting family could get a view of the river and castle. As luck would have it the weather was really warm and we had to ask for another table, the staff couldnt have been more helpfull and it was quickly arranged. The food was excellent and the service... We stopped by one afternoon for a cup of tea. Even though the tables were set for dinner a lovely young lady called Martina quickly cleared two places & brought us pots of tea made with real leaf rather than bags. Very tasty. I was very impressed with the decor & cleanliness of the restaurant & the friendly staff &... More

Had a lovely meal here with my girlfriend. Really nice ambience and stunning views of the River Ness + Castle (even despite the road works just outside). The food was superb. Some of the best calamari I've ever eaten, followed by a gigantic and delicious portion of steak and chips. Only complaint would be the temperature inside the restaurant. Was... More

The service is very good and the food is normal. The ambiance is nice too but it was very loud - no fault of the management, of course. The prices are reasonable. Wouldn't be my first place to go, but worth a visit if all else fails. Booking definitely needed.

Staying across the river from this restaurant, it caught our eye with its quirky roofline and glass front. Stopped by to find a beautiful 3 story, but small intimate restaurant. Tastefully done in every way ( except it needs CLOTH NAPKINS!) The 2 course menu was exciting to read, local fare with unexpected recipes. Taste sensations everyone , we were... More
