Friendly, warm service. Loved the Sea Trout, served with vegetables. Early bird specials between 5.30 and 7pm. We hadn't booked, luckily a spare table. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend and would return.

Visited The Kitchen Brasserie during a recent visit to Inverness for Sunday lunch & found the whole experience very rewarding. We had seen the restaurant from the other bank of the river & decided to cross the bridge & check it out & were pleased we did! We were shown to an upstairs table with great views of Inverness &... We booked this restaurant for a hen party of 16 people. Staff were friendly and helpful moved tables on around on request. The service was excellent even though we were large group. Food was brilliant and great value for money everyone enjoyed their meals and we would all return again.

I had not been to The Kitchen for many years but on returning was not disappointed. We got a nice table with a view across the river to the castle on the first floor. To start we both had shredded duck breast salad, which was light and very good. For main course, I had sea trout, which was excellent and... More

The restaurant overlooks the River Ness. We ate on the second floor and had a great view. The food was very good and the service was fine. We were a group of 7 and they handled us easily.

Great views over the river Ness, and a very imaginative and inviting menu. Food and service were brilliant, and service was quick.

Went to the Kitchen with a group of friends last month and very much enjoyed it. Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere and soundings along with a great selection to choose from on the menu. I choose from the set menu (starter and main for £11.75) which I felt was very good value for money for what I got. Couldn't fault... More

We arrived early and were told (a bit abruptly) that we could not stay as our table was not ready. We went to the hotel next door and returned at the time we had booked our table. We were seated and ordered our food and drinks and chatted (as you do). The first course was very salty. When we complained... More

We reserved a table upstairs as it had views of the river. There are outdoor tables upstairs if the weather is pleasant. It rained the night we were there. Great cocktails, had the olives, fig and ham salad and pizza. My husband had the duck. All were very good. Service was excellent. This is the sister restaurant to Mustard Seed... More

We used Trip Advisor to guide us to a child friendly restaurant in Inverness whilst out on our tour of Scotland. There were 4 adults and 5 children to cater for so to be sure to get a table we booked for a rough time of 6pm which we phoned to enquire about and were advised it best to do... More
