Food was very tasty and the staff are very attentive. There is a good choice on the menu with all the usual favourites.

Went here with a bit of doubt in my mind. Doesn't look much from the outside but don't let looks fool you. Delicious food with very friendly service!!!

I chose this restaurant due to all the reviews on Trip Advisor. I now think that the good ones have been written by the staff. I ordered lamb tikka for main course after the menu promised it would be tender after having been marinated for 12 hours. It was not tender at all. It was like leather. I couldn't even... More

Popped in to the Spice of India whilst staying at the youth hostel - the food was delicious (a high recommendation from someone who cut their "curry teeth" in Glasgow), the service was excellent & the pricing was reasonable. Would we go there again - absolutely !

Meal was edible but certainly borderline Quite a lot of grease in tandoori chicken which was a bit offputting Wouldn't return.

Right on the main street - nice views from the windows and one of the best chicken patias I've tasted. Sometimes need to book if the town is busy but it's worth a visit.

Excellent value, friendly staff and good food. We would definitely recommend a takeaway from here and I am sure eating in would be a good experience
