September is the month for our annual family get-together at Coylumbridge, Aviemore, and we make point of eating here for a number of reasons. On Saturday night, one is welcomed by banter and laughter of a good company enjoying a night out. The service comes with a willingness and ready smile, always ready to advise and to assist in any... Excellent atmosphere and food. A bit pricey but well worth it. Recommended by Boat Hotel staff and upon hearing the name, I expected a typical Scottish Inn/Restaurant. Not so. High quality food and presentation.

We picked The Old Bridge just by chance and were very impressed with the food and atmosphere, the staff could cheer up a little but all in all very good. Even though it was quite pricey at £24, the Beef was excellent, just not quite £24 excellent. Other courses and drinks were reasonable.

Wow. Just wow. My husband and I were blown away with the standard and quality of food served in this enchanting little inn. I've never left a review, good, bad or otherwise...but felt this place needed to be raved about. Absolutely delicious food. Wonderful flavour combinations. Different but not weird or pushing too many boundaries. Unpretentious, good portion sizes and... More

We had dinner here on Saturday night. The place was very busy and the atmosphere was superb. There was a live band playing in the bar area but that added to the ambiance. We ate in the restaurant and could talk to each other and we're not drowned out by the music. The food was top quality. We had fillet... More

We arrived at the Old Bridge for a celebratory pint on a Thursday after finishing the East Highland Way. We had some time to spend before our train and thought it looked a good place to have a pint and later some food. The beer was in good condition and there was a great range of ales. But on the... The only real 'pub' in Aviemore, with an amazing selection of whisks and local brew, we stopped here for an afternoon drink a few times during our week holiday and then we stopped on our last day for lunch... OMG... pulled pork sandwiches are to die for! Our only regret was not stopping for dinner. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, we... More

We found this place whilst visiting friends who live beside Aviemore. Good menu that changes daily, good atmosphere and nice staff. Reasonably priced. It was so good we returned and had both lunch and dinner over a number of days during a two week holiday. Well worth a visit and better than anywhere else we went to In Aviemore village.

Great meal with family. Food is really good with a nice range of options and plenty good Scottish dishes and ingrediants. Good local beers and Whisky selection, really nice relaxed pub vibe. Mix of goretex clad adventurers and famlies or business folk.
