We went there for a nice meal for 2. The food was very good, one of the best in Aviemore. But we weren't advised when booking that the table had to be back by a certain time... Wee bit annoying! An it seemed to be a little more expensive than other places in Aviemore, but by far better food!

Aviemore generally serves a lot of average to good stock cuisine with little imagination but the Old Bridge Inn is fortunately one of the few places where this is not the case. We eat here periodically and they consistently serve great food presented with a bit of flair. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The open fire adds to the... More

Lunch menu was nice, choices a bit different. Staff were friendly. Old pub style, stumbled upon it after a walk, pleasently surprised. Would recommend.

We stopped off here a few times during our Aviemore visit -- we kept coming back for more. Really good food in a pleasant environment, with friendly helpful staff. It is a little bit pricey, but after sampling a nearby pasta/pizza place I was happy to return. Great local meat, cooked slowly to get it perfectly tender, and in imaginative... More

Fantastic! There is no other word for it. We turned up on spec, and although the restaurant was fully booked, the staff found us a table in the bar area. The food was perfectly cooked, and the staff were attentive, without being intrusive, and incredibly friendly, as were the locals. So much so that we booked for the following night!... More

The food was superb and all five of us commented on how much we enjoyed our meals. Plus, the service was great too.

As an accommodation provider I have been recommending The Old Bridge Inn to my guests for more than 25 years and none have been disappointed. I returned nmyself on Saturday 6th April 2014 and find that the food is as good - in fact probably better - than ever. The staff offer quick, efficient and friendly service and you wait... More

We had Mother's Day lunch here. We were not disappointed! The Sunday roast was amazing! The beef cooked to perfection. Not wanting to eat loads of bread - I asked for oatcakes. To die for!!! Asked Tom if we could buy some to take home + was presented with a dozen compliments of the chef. Had to split them with... More

Went here for lunch after walking out of Papa Rocks over terrible service! What a difference this place was. Friendly attentive staff, good surroundings, outdoor seating by a wee loch. I'll go again.
