Good Food & Good Atmosphere

Been a couple of times at this pub while staying in Aviemore. I do recommend it! The atmosphere is great with a good selection of beers. The staff is also very helpful. I even ate once, and the food was excellent, even if the portion was quite small for my big appetite :) Overall a nice... read more

Great little pub restaurant, and a joy for carnivores, with a good choice of local fare. Veggie options are poor though, and with many parties having at least one non meat eater, that's something that does them no favours. Otherwise excellent

Four of us went there for dinner on Saturday night when it was very busy. They sat us at a table where the next table had an extra chair added on the end to squeeze someone extra in. We had to ask them to move us as the waiters just did not have room to get past without bumping in... More

This is my type of place-a traditional pub but with great food. Innovative menu , good wine list and superb food. Well impressed. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

I usually enjoy writing good reviews about nice places we have stayed and eaten but I felt I had to share my underwhelming experience of eating at the Bridge Inn last weekend.. We booked a table here after hearing good things about the menu and atmosphere but ended up being quite disappointed in both. The pub outside has a quirky... More

Stopped for a quick lunch and so glad we did. Lovely ambience, a good old fashioned rustic inn. Food was great, nice, cosy atmosphere, if you are near Aviemore station don't miss a stop here.

Visited and ordered 2 cans of irn bru. £4.00! Are you having a laugh! We've recently been to Spain and they certainly didn't charge that! Rip off!

We just rolled up and had to wait a while. Staff were excellent with a realistic timing on when we'd get a table. The food was superb. If you've got a tight schedule don't risk missing this place and book ahead.

Had to book for our table of five as it is very popular. Everyone of us loved the meal. Some had the sea trout some had the Aberdeen Angus. Delicious. Then to follow a superb cheeseboard and raspberry cheesecake. Food was excellent. We found out later that the chef was the winner of "Chef's protégé", a BBC culinary comp show... More
