Keep coming here as the food and service is always been good. Good portions of either fish or burgers with chips always tastes fresh with refillable drinks. Nice restaurant and take away section. Recommend visiting this place.

Not sure where the idea that standards are falling comes from. I visited here 18 months ago and again this week and it was faultless on both occassions. Great fish supper with superb local beer to accompany. Good value and superb staff. Love it.

Just returned from a meal out at Happy Haggis. Enjoyed every last bite...haddock was very 'meaty', portions generous no need for a large, staff pleasant. Would recommend to eat in or takeaway, would definitely return.

Popped in for a snack! 2extremely good burgers ( one with cheese, the other with haggis and cheese) and hand made chips, had to walk up and down Aviemore afterwards to work it off! Very good value for money, service very good, we took some of it away with us and asked for a box to put it in, which... More

Visited with my two kids on the 'Thunder' weekend. Extremely busy but soon got a table. I had steak pie and my kids had a chicken goujons and lasagne. Service very good, food very good and price reasonable.

Couldn't ask for more pleasant, helpful attentative staff and service in what was such a busy evening with "Thunder In the Glen" A table was found for visitors who had come off the London train with little expectation of finding any food in Aviemore because it was so busy. The food was served freshly cooked and oh so tasty! Good atmosphere,... More

We come up to Aviemore a couple of times a year and it is a family tradition to have a chippy tea take away on our first night. The quality, portion size and price had always been excellent even on our last trip in Feb. This time the portion size had dropped with the most obvious example the peas and... More

Nice taste, good value. Arrived lateish on a sunday night when the restaurant was closed. There were 7 of us and they cleaned the table outside for us to eat. It was a little chilly but hey its the Highlands. Everyone enjoyed their food and anyway fish and chips is an outside food.
