Lots of choice in simple surroundings. Food always good although service can be slow. Don't go if you want fancy surroundings.

This used to be a regular place for me to visit, because the food was great and the pub was cosy. Unfortunately on a recent visit, the menu has changed and the food was very average for 'pub grub' the toilets were dirty with no toilet paper and the whole place was freezing! we had to keep our jackets on,... Came here with a group of people. It's right down a random wee lane off sauchiehall street. Food was quite nice, had a massive burger which was accompanied with soggy large wedges, I was expecting chips. Wasn't overly cheap for food and drink. May visit again but not a first choice.

Had the £5 beer and burger lunch yesterday. Lovely beefy burger with salad and wedges and a pint of Stella. The young waitress/barmaid was very pleasant and efficient. Will definitely return.

Good food at very reasonable prices , with a really great varied menu . Tucked away just a few streets away from either the Pavilion Theatre or The Kings Theatre it's a great place for pre theatre food and drinks .

Went for a quick lunch before work training and we both enjoyed our food. The beer and a burger deal was good for £5 however I ate from the main menu and it was over £10 for chicken strips chips and a glass of juice which I thought was too pricey. That said it is a lovely wee bar in... More

Sitting halfway along a fairly unappealing lane, this snug little bar is cosy and intimate. Well priced drinks and straightforward but attractively priced bar food add to an eclectic mix of clientele, you're as likely to rub shoulders with students or hipsters as shoppers taking a break from spending on nearby Sauchiehall St. One of the friendliest batsmen in Glasgow... This pub is an old favourite of mine nestled away in the lanes of the main thoroughfare. Nice food, reasonably priced and a great pitt stop when you are shopping or for after work drinks.

Visited here with two of my daughters. Waited an hour and twenty minutes for food and it never arrived! Cancelled our order and left. No apology. Nobody seemed bothered. Shockingly bad.

Visited here on Friday 5th April, this was our third visit in 18 months, as an optimist I usually look on the up side of things, hoping the poor experiences in the past will have improved on a return visit, oops wrong again, first the good points, the pub is in a good location, ambiance is good and not too...
