Great for families but less appeal to couples or groups of friends

've been visiting for several years and the drinks, food and staff are always excellent. The Locals Card discounts are a lovely little bonus and everything is always very clean and well presented, but.... We phoned to book and gave the considerable list of one of the children's allergies. The next dat Rebecca phoned and went over the menu and all the allergies. She also invited us to bring our own food to be cooked. Our visit was great. Service was prompt and prices good. We will definitely return

We had our son's 4th birthday party in the soft play area and he had an amazing time. I had been worried that the play area might be a bit small for 15 kids but it was perfect and all the parents felt they could relax with it being so contained. The staff were brilliant from first phone call to... More

Sunday morning breakfast was fine, though not without faults. Fried egg, bacon, tomato and haggis were done nicely but the Lorne sausage was a bit hard. I'm sure a potato scone was included in the description but didn't appear. Tea was included in the breakfast but I'd to ask for it. Staff were friendly but perhaps not as on the... More

I always enjoy my visits to the tea rooms! Lovely and friendly staff. One girl said she had only been there 3 weeks, and was doing an amazing job! Great wee place to go for a bite if you have kids. I wish the menu hadn't been changed though, not so much variety anymore and such a shame to lose... More

We live just round the corner from the Tea rooms and had only been in once in about 4 years. Mainly because of the acoustics, its was very loud. But we were in with friends three weeks ago and enjoyed it so much we've been back twice since. Think it is slowly becoming our local!
