Decent Italian meal

Visited with friends. Ordered spaghetti with seafood mix, which was tasting fine. Had been in Italian restaurants before, this one is not exceptional, but if I fancy some pasta, would not hesitate to come back. P.s. really nice mojito!

After a lovely day at the races we arrived back in Glasgow looking for a nice place to eat. Not coming from that area we had an idea we wanted to find Amarone Restaurant but couldn't remember where it was. We went into a friendly pub and asked where Amarone was, the lady told us but said there was a... More

Nice small intimate restaurant with comfortable booths. Full Italian menu of pasta, pizza, carne etc. Proper wood fired pizza with hand stretched dough. Friendly staff, very welcoming.

I was there for lunch with my partner a fortnight ago. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were relaxed. We ordered our meal, starter and pizzas and were finishing before coffee when the manager started ranting at his staff for there manner of not picking up glasses etc, which totally wasted our experience of the restaurant. The waiters... More

This has to be the best Italian food served in Glasgow. My wife and I have visited on several occasions and each time have never left disappointed. Quality of food is outstanding and the staff always friendly. Great value for money and we cant wait to visit again.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem, and we will revisit time and again. Tucked away at the bottom of Bath Street, it's easy to overlook this small place; the outside of the restaurant is unassuming and we almost walked past it, but a quick glance at the menu convinced us to visit, and thank goodness we did! The restaurant... More

I was there tonight with 3 other people and we all had the pre theatre dinner menu. We had a 40 minute wait for our pizzas as the oven was not working. When the pizzas finally did arrive I couldn't even get a knife through it to cut it. The pizzas were also burnt on the top and there was... More

Lordy - it is not often you hear lasagne and Irn Bru ordered. Here it is part of the heritage. A classic of the. 70s with round cocktail bar and colour-ways to match, the restaurant is just what you need for a hearty, good value business lunch. Salad was hard to order, but sans Irn Bru the lasagne was spot... More

Went here for lunch a few days ago with my mum and was pretty happy overall with the experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming which made for a nice atmosphere. The food was really good.... my mum said the minestrone soup was particularly good! We had a pizza and spaghetti too and the spaghetti was great, I... More
