Shambolic – out of stock of the majority of the ingredients required for the menu.

Having frequented Pancho Villa a lot when living in Glasgow, when visiting recently we booked. After being seated, the waitress informed us they were out of sour cream and beans (i.e. two staple ingredients of most Mexican dishes). A few minutes later she came back from the kitchen advising they... read more

We used to come here for lunch regularly and hadn't been for a year or so. Four of us dined from the 11.95 menu. Starters included various nachos, quesidilla etc. Mains fajitas chicken steak or veg or mixed. Burritos too. Drinks well priced. Service good too.

I had read the bad reviews regarding bland food etc and was a tad worried as i have never been to a mexican before. I really enjoyed it. I had cheese and chirizo wrap to start followed by spicey chilli meatballs with rice which was great. The overall bill was good value and i will return

Four of us had a meal on Monday night. We had 2 of the mixed platters for starters. The breaded pepper was too hot for anyone to eat. We all had different mains, chicken fajita's, lamb etc. The waiting staff were attentive and quick to serve. We even had some photos with the mexican hats. I would eat here again... More

I have been to the Edinburgh branch before and as I know the taste and type of food decided to visit the Glasgow branch too. As expected warm welcome from the staff. They do non alcoholic drinks which is such a plus. I had really nice pinacolada. As we were too hungry just jumped to mains we got enchiladas suiza,... More

Very nice pace to visit if you are in the area. I thought there was plenty of choice on the menu that suited our expectations. reasonably priced and good quality food delivered very efficiently by friendly staff. Will certainly visit again next time I am in the City.

Nice food. A bit limited on the vegetarian menu. And a touch spicey for me, despite menu saying meal I ordered was mild. Yummy nachos. Waiter was amusing. Not sure how 'put on' his Mexican accent was. It grew more Glaswegian as we progressed through our meal. Lol!

Pancho Villa's was disappointing very average when I visited. I was expecting more and was excited about dining here when looking at their menu online. The food although not bad, really did not excite and the service was ok.
