Absolutely love this place as do all my family and friends. Visit whenever we can! Quick service with a smile, staff are really friendly! Can't praise this place enough. If you're looking for a decent Indian meal, try this place and you'll never go anywhere else!

Since a mutual friend moved to Glasgow from Wales 14 years ago a group of us have been visiting from Swansea for a long weekend of football & socialising every year. We are also fans of Indian cuisine and inevitably look for a suitable restaurant at which to indulge! Many recommendations have been tried and tested over time, however each year... More

Went here tonight for my bf's birthday. Food was so tasty and service was really good. The only thing was, they didn't bring the tapas out at the same time which would have been much better.

What a lovely restaurant. Came in with my family and couldn't of asked for better service. The food was delicious and we all left happy. I will be returning

I cannot fault this restaurant at all except for one thing, the no booking system. But it is worth the wait, the chilli garlic chicken is lovely but that Lamb is a must must try. I have been 4 times to Mother India and loved it even more each time. The prices as well are fantastic, having used another Indian... More

Came for lunch on a pre-Christmas trip to Glasgow. It was our second visit and was just as good as we remembered - didnt have to wait long to be seated - found the atmosphere to be lovely and cosy and buzzing on a Saturday lunchtime. Enjoy the chance to try lots of different dishes and things that we would... More

Popped in for a meal with my friends during our visit to Glasgow. Great food specially Saag paneer and stuffed parantas ( probably the best Indian I ever had) followed at reasonable price. Will certainly be back whenever will be back in Glasgow.

Visited here with my hubby on his recommendation as he's been quite a few times with work colleagues. Smaller sized portion are a great idea so you can order 2 or 3 each and get to try them...well price, great service and lovely food.

Mother India's Cafe is genuinely one of my favourite restaurants in Glasgow. My other half and I visited for his birthday in 2014 and we had the best meal I think I've ever had. We ordered the marinated Lamb leg for 2, with the accompanying side orders of rice, nan and dips- it was incredible. Warm fragrant spices and beautiful... More

The food is so good that we actually had to queue to get in on a midweek afternoon. Tapas style food which gives you an opportunity to try different dishes. Also inexpensive and great service.
