After a long day trip of highlands our eyes rested on this cafe across the Kelvingrove art gallery . We were quickly greeted with familiar aromas, and Indian hospitality. Our Chana puri albeit a little bland were fresh and crisp. Lamb chops with pulav was outstanding, and the steamed fish was very good. Even the masala tea was good though a lot... More

We have been visiting this resturant for a few years now and we have never been disappointed. We always go here when in Glasgow. Really enjoy being able to order a few different dishes between us. The food is fresh and tasty. The only down side is you cannot book and have to wait in a queue until a table... More

Great place near the Kelivnhaugh museum.Wide range of Indian style tapas. The food is fresh well made and presented. The staff were very friendly and prompt. The tapas style food allows you to try several dishes and I would recommend that you look at the daily specials Having been at the places several times over the years the food is... More

What a brilliant idea. Smaller portions of main meals mean you can mix and match and share dishes. Why doesn't every restaurant offer this. The food is excellent, the service very good and the prices very keen. You can't book and I'm told by a couple of locals that there's almost always a queue. Get there early to eat then... More

We had this recommended by our hotel. It turns out there are three similarly named establishments in the same area. We went to the wrong one but no matter. We were assured we would be accommodated and that they were all somehow linked. We were not disappointed. Chicken tikka, chicken masala, nan, simple lamb curry. Surely one of the best... More

Visited on Friday night. Not my first visit as myself and my partner have been coming here for years. Safe to say that, once again, I was not disappointed. Arrived and only had to wait 10 mins for a cosy table for 2. Welcome was warm even though it was busy. Seated, drinks order taken and offered popadoms and spiced... More

I had read about this in the Michelin guide (although their address leaves off a 5). Two different cab drivers enthused over it too. A pre-show dinner here was great before a 15 minute walk to the Clyde auditorium. Everything we ordered was excellent and friendly service too. Butter chicken, chicken tikka, channa aloo, aloo gobo, and Fridays featured fish... More

The home of indian tapas in my opinion and the only place that does it right! The food is exceptional, I take all my friends and family and I'm never disappointed. A very relaxed atmosphere, great food, friendly staff. Well worth a visit! Spiced haddock + lamb karahi = happy Stevie :-)

A varied menu including recognisable dishes such as kharahi's along with more out of the ordinary dishes such as karela (bitter gourd). We ordered 7 dishes between the 3 of us - very spoilt for choice. The padhina (mint) lamb was superb with fragrant fresh mint through the usual lamb masalas. The keema karela was very tasty special with just... More

Definitely one of best Indian restaurants I've ever been at.. almost works like tapas - you get small portions at very low price...good way to try lots of stuff and not get stuck with one huge single plate of something that might not even be at your taste... Everything tastes consistently delicious.
