Booked a £21 Amazon Local Two Course Lunch for 2 with Prosecco and was expecting it to be a "watered down" version of the normal menu. I was wrong. We had starters and mains which were simply amazing. Service was friendly and attentive. The elaborate decor creates a unique atmosphere which I imagine would be even better at night. Will... More

I took my mum here for her birthday as it is somewhere she had wanted to go for a while but we had never got round to it. It is a beautiful, small restaurant with a cosy, intimate feel. The decor is lovely and really works well adding to the great atmosphere of the place. There was a good range... More

What more could you ask for? Comfy seats and warm welcome in this small cosy but classy restaurant. Lunch was freshly made and loved be able to watch it being cooked as the kitchen is on the window at the front! If you love seafood and fish this is the place to go, however they do steak and chicken dishes... More

I had heard great reviews of Two Fat Ladies since moving to Glasgow and couldn't wait to try it. I booked for Saturday lunch when my mum and sister were over to visit hoping to give them a great experience of Glasgow dining. However when we arrived we were the only table there! The whole experience was a bit lacklustre... More

What a tremendous find - Linda served us and was absolutely marvelous in every respect. Small with just a few tables - just the sort of place I really warm to. Cullen Skink to begin with, followed by Two Fats fish platter - three different fish grilled to perfection. Hope to get back soon!

The Two Fat Ladies are getting bigger, I hear, with a new place in Troon. Generally I enjoy the restaurants in the group. This lunch, however, disappointed mainly because the fish of the day, the highly fashionable as sustainable coley, was unappetising. I suppose it was cooked ok and it was a generous serve but it was heavy and too... More

This is not the type of restaurant I would usually visit as I am not much of a fan of seafood, however we recieved a gift voucher from friends and decided to try the restaurant. We were served by a very polite gentleman who tended to our every need. I ordered soup to start and a steak for my main... More
