I and my wifes favourite restaraunt. Food is delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and proffesional. Lovely surroundings. We usually go for the celebration menu, which costs £60.00. For that, you get an aperatif, bottle of wine, starter, main course, desert and drink of your choice to finish. Let's just say, when you leave, you'll have been... More

The food and service were good, with welcoming staff. The two course lunchtime offer, is very good value. Wines are on the expensive side for what it offered, and the restaurant is a bit cramped. I would not hexitate in visiting this restaurant again.

We had dinner for six at the Piccolo Mondo in Glasgow on Saturday night. The restaurant was busy but that didn't trouble the attentative staff. Our orders were taken quickly and with friendly banter from John, our waiter. When the food arrived everyone at our table were more than pleased with their selection. A good healthy portion of fresh veg... More

Hadn't dined here for best part of a year. So pleased to report it was all I remembered. Good food, excellent service, and a restaurant with relaxing ambience. Again we dined at lunch time, choosing the "novelty menu". Excellent menu and superb value for money. The duet of fish gougons and other fish dishes is the only catch here. Focaccia... More

Came here on a Saturday night with my fiancé, we decided to come here as it has such a good name for itself and has won awards, however we would not be in any rush to return again! When booking far in advance for a table we wanted around 7 o'clock we could only be offered 4 o'clock and had... More

Unfortunately the only time we had available was 4pm as all tables were booked from 6pm till late. We do have different options available on our menu and... More

I enjoyed a nice meal here last week. I was on my own and was shown to a nice table (not too exposed). The food was nice, the waiter was attentive and the speed of service was good.
