Sorry, I never got to actually try the food. Our party of 6 stood at the 'Wait to be Seated' sign whilst the same waiter walked past and completely ignored us 3 times, he was deliberately trying to avoid eye contact. I then walked into the restaurant to find someone else to help and who did I meet but Mr... More

The food which we had was good and filling. Very tasty filling in the calzone. However as one member of our party does not eat pasta or pizza he struggled to find something he would like on the menu. I appreciate that Zizzi's is an Italian restaurant but sometimes not every member of the group eats the same. The service... More

Went here on a work night for a meal and a few drinks. The started was very good but that is as far as it goes for me. Not many italian dishes on the menu - disappointing and the drinks menu was a bit blaa also. We all agreed it wasn't the best.

Visited with a friend for lunch and, as usual, thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Lovely meal, staff and service. Faultless as usual. Must mention Adam, who always makes us feel very welcome. He is a credit to Zizzi - always friendly and very professional. Will be back soon.

Food was excellent, however the service my five friends and I received was absolutely awful. Staff seemed more interested in closing down the restaurant than serving customers (only three tables in at 9pm), we had to wait a while to order drinks, then the food, then for the table to be cleared too. Not one smile for either of the... More

Any Zizzi restaurant is always a good choice but the one in Princes Square has the added advantage of the 'terrace' in the square or you can sit 'inside'. I usually have a calzone as they are always great. The menu is extensive. The staff are nice and welcoming as even if its a horrible day outside, you can still... More

This was my second visit to a branch of Zizzi’s and it was a good experience. I think I’m becoming a fan of this chain! There was a good buzz in Princess Square and we were sat at the balcony which added to it. I think if I was sitting inside I would have felt like I was missing out... More

Stopped in at zizzi last night for a pizza and we were not disappointed. We shared a nice starter of lightly deep fried seafood and vegetables and I had a lovely steak, cheese, tomato and rocket pizza which was huge and my husband had a calzone which was really lovely too. The staff were pleasant - we did have a... More

We have visited this restaurant on various occasions but were really disappointed with our waiter's response to a complaint we brought to his attention. our starter was excellent as was the main course, unfortunately we had a long wait for the children's sweets. When they finally arrived, it could only be described as a watery mess, the ice cream and sorbet... More
