We had pizza in here prior to night out. Was a large serving and one of the best I have had in a long time. Would Recommend

We went with Tesco vouchers as we had built up enough points on our clubcard to use the boost option and get £40's worth of food. On arrival, we were introduced to a very pleasant and enthiusiastic waitress with a lovely smile. She told us they were doing a promotion and giving away free prosecco so we were won over... More

Terrible service plenty of waitstaff walked me by several times. Came in at 16:32 received dessert at 17:47 on a table for 1! Excessively slow staff, long time for food to be delivered (main course was fine) but was still waiting up to 25 minutes after finishing my meal to be approached by staff. I had to actively flag the... More

Recently visited as a group to celebrate a friend's birthday. Granted, we had a fairly large party (around 10-12), however considering the restaurant wasn't overly busy, we were surprised at how slow the service was. We'd been in almost half an hour before our food order was taken, and this slow service continued throughout the evening. The food was fantastic.... More

Don't go to this Zizzi if you want a quick lunch! The service is slow. I had booked a table for 5 friends. When I arrived first, I stood at the entrance/till area and was ignored by several passing waiters. When, after a few minutes, I interrupted one of them with an 'Excuse me please', the waiter said 'Wait a... More

So. I like Zizzis. I Dined here tonight and ordered the penne de la casa. This is a baked dish. They brought it to me unbaked. I sent it back. It took way too long to bring the replacement. Like 15/20 mins. I ask to speak to the manager. Manager comes to the table and actually has the cheek to... More

Hi Markieb68 Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. Firstly i would like to apologise for your dish not being up to our usual standard. I met an old school friend here for lunch one Thursday afternoon with my 4 month old daughter. We had a very enjoyable meal of veggie calzone and a rustica pizza but my goodness was the service slow! We were in the restaurant for 3 hours only had one course and had to play hunt the waiter to get the... More

Lunch with a friend, so we dined inside where it is quieter. I used a Tastecard so we went all out for all courses. The garlic bread with caramelised onion was lovely, my fritto misto for starters was excellent (I could have eaten it for my main). We both had fish or meat skewers with potatoes and Hollandaise sauce (very... More
