I met an old school friend here for lunch one Thursday afternoon with my 4 month old daughter. We had a very enjoyable meal of veggie calzone and a rustica pizza but my goodness was the service slow! We were in the restaurant for 3 hours only had one course and had to play hunt the waiter to get... read more

Lunch with a friend, so we dined inside where it is quieter. I used a Tastecard so we went all out for all courses. The garlic bread with caramelised onion was lovely, my fritto misto for starters was excellent (I could have eaten it for my main). We both had fish or meat skewers with potatoes and Hollandaise sauce (very... More

Cold King Prawns, cold pieces of Mozarella... More

Zizzi's will always be one of my favourite Italian restaurants. Ordered a chicken pasta(cant remember the name) and the food arrived a little late although the taste did make up for it.

I've visited various Zizzi restaurants over the years and it has been a love/hate relationship but in the last couple of years they have been consistently good and I have returned many times to their 2 Glasgow restaurants. This one is great and located within Princes Square which is a really nice place for eating, drinking and shopping. All my... More

In Glasgow last Sunday & met up with our son for lunch. Weather was awful so we decided to go to Zizzi. We do like the fact that it is bin Princes Square which has its own atmosphere. Wed always like the fact that there is plenty of light and very open. Didn't order any starters as we know that... More

I visited on a Friday night with a group of about 16. I had ordered king prawn linguine but it was served to someone else in our party. The waiter did offer to have another one made up for me but as I was hungry and everyone else was already eating I took the chicken in prosciutto with roast potatoes... More
