Good food. A funky atmosphere. A vinyl shop next door. What more do you need. Nice micro brewed ginger beer. Really enjoyed the food which was a wide selection of vegan dishes. Even a staunch meat eater in our party enjoyed it. Highly recommended

As a committed carnivore this was my first ever visit to a 'veggie' restaurant and i was very pleasantly surprised. Relaxed atmosphere, great service and, most surprisingly for me, fabulous meal! Was expecting to be hungry when I left but struggled to clear my plate. Now on my list of favourites and I will be back. (Still can't believe the... More

Love the space and the record shop, Very casual atmosphere. Mains on a Friday afternoon were brilliant, specially the massive chick pea salad as was their own brewer ginger beer. Good selection of ales. Went back on a Sunday morning and enjoyed it almost as much, the breakfast burrito didn't really work, but then sorry vegans... there really isn't anything... More

I had high hopes for here as had read a good review before visiting but was left feeling disappointed and ill :( Arrived and found it hard to find anybody to buy a drink from..but was just after a baby disco had ended and so staff may understandably be tired out :) Bought lemonade made on site and ordered food... Great food, great service, great prices, right in the heart of Glasgow. Love the seating area outside.

The food was just so so. OK but definitely not great. I had a Nasi Gorang that tasted like it had a store bought sauce on it and my husband's burrito was dry and dull. The noise level certainly spoiled our experience, but as the oldest, by far, of the patrons it might have been catering to a younger crowd.

Must be the best eating place for vegetarians in Glasgow. The food is always fresh, inventive, delicious and well presented. The place far outshines all the other restaurants in Glasgow that struggle to (often grudgingly) provide one vegetarian option. I ask you "how many times a week do you want to eat risotto?". No. Mono is number one for vegetarian... More

Having found our intended venue Rose & Grants was only accepting commonwealth vouchers today we decided to try here. So glad we did!! Food was fantastic.....12 out of 10 .....despite being full to breaking point the service was excellent, staff were friendly and the beers etc on offer were very very good. A lucky day and lucky find.........we will be... More

Mono is a great place to have meals that are delicious and a bit different from the mainstream. It's great for taking friends who have specific dietary requirements. I highly recommend the refried bean burrito - I make my own at home, but it's just not the same! (I've been many times over the years, but am basing my review... More

As an unrepentant carnivore, I relish my yearly trips to India MP where I have a 2 week detox with no meat or alcohol (and a fair bit of work). When in the St. Enoch area, this proved a lovely lunch spot, sitting outside in great sunshine, having a chick pea and potato salad. The menu is good and tempting... More
