We're recommended this restaurant by friends and it didn't disappoint. Had the pre-theatre menu which had a nice range of dishes. Service was prompt, food was superb with good portion sizes. Got chatting with neighbouring couple who were enquiring about our desserts. They were really enjoying their evening as well, following another recommendation.

We enjoyed our night. Good food and a good atmosphere so 3 out of 5 is a little unfair. There is such great competition around the Finnieston area that places need to be outstanding and Fanny''s is just a good safe place to eat.

I can't say enough good things about the dining experience we had here. The fixed price menu offered plenty of wonderful options for my wife, daughter & I. The Thai broth I had was exquisite - amazing layers of flavor. My wife lover her Ayshire stuffed chicken. My steak was just okay - I'm pick about beef & while this... More

I booked a 5pm deal for last night, 22nd July, for five and I can happily give the restaurant a clear 5 stars. The welcome on arrival was warm and friendly, the choice on their Pre-Theatre was varied and when it arrived it was excellent, both in quality and quantity. If you're in the area please give this place a... More

We met friends here for a quick lunch before going to the hydro. Retro exterior with a small but cozy interior, friendly staff and an interesting menu. I had the pork belly bahn mi, what a great sandwich! Came with pickled cauliflower, chilli mayo and jam, which sounded busy but were excellent compliments to the meat.

Welcoming staff who were very happy to make starters into mains and visa versa. The specials were very good and the black pudding much appreciated. The scallops and pork belly were both delicious as well. It's intimate, friendly though not as busy as i thought given we were asked to take a later booking time. We'll be back!

Small place, so you'll need to book. Excellent and very fresh contemporary food. Very willing to modify dishes for food sensitivities. We had a long leisurely dinner and didn't feel rushed.

Don't let the diminutive interior dissuade you from delicious dining! Really good food and excellent service await those who venture into Fanny Trollope's. We had a couple of their soups and seafood dishes along with some wonderful desserts. Great stuff!

First time we have eaten here, certainly won't be the last. Friendly, efficient staff, food was just excellent, lovely atmosphere, very clean and very busy, so best to book. Turned away 4 couples within the 2 hours we were there as fully booked. Pre-theatre value for money without a doubt. Thank you.
